Hit or miss location. Been here several times and I only order one thing— a smoothie. 3 young girls work here who are really hostile towards customers as well, and portray that they don’t care about the customers at all.On another occasion, I was waiting in line for about 5 minutes to order. One of the girls was working alone and washing dishes, and when she finally saw me she said they aren't serving customers for the next 15 minutes because they are cleaning. It was the middle of the day….Smoothie’s are always good but staff could be nicer
I don't recommend this place at all. There are 3 kids who run this store un supervised. They dont know how to serve customers professionally, they look like to customers as 3 tired and bored children who have been forced to do this job.Meanwhile, they dont follow food safety protocols at all, I saw them washing a big disposable cup to dry and use again. Not very clean and neat specially during making the smoorhies at the peak times at weekends. I even doubt if they are legally allowed to work un-supervised
Nolan's a super star. Always gets our smoothies perfect, and works so hard.
Waited over 30 mins for a smoothie that was terrible. The 3 staff members were continuously arguing and generally made me uncomfortable being there. Many others were also waiting and watching. Very cringe. I used to order from here on skip too but I can't even bring myself to do that. I watched a skip courier wait for 20 minutes as well for his smoothie. Such a shame
First time visiting this one and it’s TERRIBLE. There are 3 children unsupervised running the place and they need adult supervision. They don’t know what they’re doing. They’re acting like they’re just out having fun.
There is a young girl who works there i think her name is Carly? she is super polite and has a very good aura, very bubbly. She made my drink today and I have never had a better smoothie in my life, BEST LOCATION EVER!!!
I love Booster Juice, but this location SUCKS! I ordered through Skip The Dishes a few times from this location. This is the second time I have had this issue. These 2 almost 10$ drinks are called Hail to the Kale; they should be called Hail to the Pulp. Look at the amount of pulp in these 2 drinks. I literally had to drain the pulp to enjoy it. The taste was okay but NOT worth the $$$. When I called to speak with a manager today about my concern, the employee picked up the phone and laid it down. No one would answer. This happened 2 times until finally, the third time calling a guy picked up. I juice my own juices, and this is pure laziness. I don't recommend this location.
Older asian man never wears a mask, how gross, 1) masks mandates within malls and mandate provincial wide in BC 2) How gross, he works with food and no mask? like this is really bad service. We as patrons must wear masks what is this guys excuse who actually touches the beverages? Come on guys, do better. I walked by and kept walking and took my business to Jugo Juice in the food court.
Honestly, Saturday and this poor kid working alone. Just wrong. Massive line up and wait time and not his fault. Poor management apparently.
Terrible customer service. I was left waiting at the counter to order over 5min, and the staff saw me but resumed cleaning and wiping. I appreciate the place is clean but leaving me there to wait when I said I was ready was not cool.
