I find the locations very conveniently located around the lower mainland. Avocado Bliss smoothies, give me the energy I need for my days, made fresh for customers to see in the prep. area up front. I also like the chickpea smash wraps, there is lots of filling in the wrap. But please use whole wheat tortilla for all the wraps, they mostly are enriched white flour tortillas. White flour has all the wheat germ/most of the good nutrition taken out and body energy charges more as the products are healthier, the wraps are a little over priced but if whole wheat tortilla's were used the price would be fairer. But the smoothies are fairly priced considering the expensive ingredients they contain.
Body Energy in Coquitlam is by far the best one in town. Mehdi and his team ensure hospitality is at the fore front of every guest experience and the attention to detail in Quality, Environment and guest satisfaction are best in class. The vibe of the store when you walk in makes this business top notch and it’s no wonder why they have built loyal guests. If I could give 6 stars I would.
Great store, great location and customer service. All the staff especially the store manager are super polite. The manager has enough knowledge to help and gives you some friendly advice on what to choose. I am happy with their service and definitely would recommend this store and location. especially if you go to crunch or Club16, drop by before or after your workout. Thanks for your service, healthy products and delicious smoothies.
A couple of hours ago my daughter and I came to this place but got headache from the super loud laughter from the staff especially the one working on our bowl. My girl and I couldn't hear anything from each other. She had to say her number like three times to the cashier. Turn down the music a little bit!So frustrating!!!!!Will go to other locations next time.

Great store overall, a huge variety of just about anything you could possibly need in terms of supplements and wellness goodies, and their own store brand products are awesome too. The BEC clean vegan protein is my go to. They have some great stuff offered in their ready made/to-go section as well, meals and snacks and sweets etc. Love all the vegan and allergy-friendly options!Smoothies and bowls are always great quality, flavourful, thick, and super delicious - sometimes get the odd chunk of unblended dates or açai, but that’s no big deal and the team at BEC Coquitlam is great! It’s always busy and usually there’s a bit of a wait but you can see they’re all working hard to get orders out ASAP.5 stars for sure, the best smoothies and bowls in town!
I went to go pick up my birthday smoothie! I asked for the junior mint with whey and they gave me the wrong smoothie or the wrong flavor that I wanted! I clearly asked for the junior mint smoothie with whey! I went to pick up my free birthday smoothie & the guy gave reccomendations to omit dates in my green goddess smoothie & put in greens meaning spinach and other greens instead of the dates since I don't really dates & that same guy reccomended whey for my birthday smoothie instead of the vegan protein! He was also very nice & very super awesome & accommodating!
The staff here are awesome :) I hope BEC will bring back the key lime bowl!

This place is great, I just really cannot wrap my head around the fact that they don’t post their nutrition facts in the store or on their website. In order to obtain the nutritional information for a smoothie you must write the customer service representatives via email and they will provide you with the caloric content only. So bizarre for a health food chain.
