Great service. Ordered hamburger and fries. No lettuce or tomato, substitute mozzarella for cheddar cheese.Order came with tomato, lettuce and cheddar cheese. Bun was dried out, onions on burger were limp, just like the fries.Table next to me also complained about the quality of their food.
This used to be a family favourite and I think this is one of the few locations left. Service is satisfactory… not necessarily welcoming. I ordered fajitas (tasted fine, nothing to scream over), took the remainder home and when I was moving the tortilla to a ziploc bag I found there was mold growing on the last couple shells. Of course, if I had know that at the time, I would have brought it up then and there - but as I discovered it at home - I wasn’t prepared to drive 30 mins to go back/hard for a business to take my word if I go home and come back. Regardless - I had no issues chucking the whole meal because the theme of our meals was “fine” and nothing extraordinary by any means.
A friend brought us here about a month ago. I was so impressed with the place, the food, and service. I have been back 2 times since and both times were not as good because the food was not piping hot and the service slow. Still good value and pleasant service.
This is usually a reliably good place to get decent servings of food cooked well, for a reasonable price. This evening's schnitzelfest was not a good example. Schnitzel overdone, red cabbage dry, but the hunter sauce was great. I'll go back but I won't order that again.
We had breakfast on a Sunday midmorning. Definitely understaffed; however, once we were seated and ordered, the food arrived quickly. Hashbrowns were oily, but other than that, everything was pretty good. Our server was very friendly, but we could hear the frustration in some of the others.
Greeting was warm and friendly, as was the service. The order to the delivery of our meals was timely and accurate. Food arrived hot and was presented nicely. Covid protocols in place.
We went with our kids age 9 and 13 and they loved the food. The server was very friendly and accomodating and the service and food was overall great.
Called and asked if we could schedule 2 breakfasts at 630am for a work group in the same week. They opened special for us, quick service and the separate room makes it easy to hold a meeting. Excellent service and great food.
Food was very good. Had fish & chips, perfectly done, very fresh evidently from scratch not pulled out of the freezer. Service was nice & friendly. Very good experience.
I had the best experience today. I wish I got my waitresses name. She was awesomeHer recommendation was on point. I got the seniors turkey dinner was lovely and the small piece of pie was just enough. I will be back with some friends. We'll worth the price! Thank you!!!
