This place should be closed down there is no customer service and the manager dose not know how to treat customers and when refunding purchase don’t give full refund They never check the orders every time I go there for breakfast I order and pay for extra hash browns They always miss putting in bag this happens way to much even on delivery order drive through July 16 at 8am I had enough of this went back in side told them manger then just was rude to me about it I asked why dose this happens all the time at this location she said just take your order and get out of restaurant I said know I just want a refund as this happens way to often and I can go to another restaurant that treats customers with respect
Food is consistently good. A&W is one of the more consistent fast food places in my humble opinion. We had two mozza meals. Fries were fried, fresh and crispy. I love how A&W has not stinged on their fries. They return of the seasoning salt is a welcome surprise.Burgers were fresh, hot and juicy. Lettuce was crisp, crunchy and fresh.Root beer was served in a frozen mug with foam nice and frosty.Would always recommend grabbing a quick takeout at A&W.
The best burger ever is nasty, no sauce, plain/dry, tastes like dog food and is way overpriced. Definitely the worst burger I have ever had by a country mile. I've been going to this location for 20+ years and it gets worse every time. Insanely poor service, slowest drive thru in history. 28$ for two trash meals. Will never be going back here again.
Had a $3.99 Teen burger and it was awesome as usual. Kids had the same as well and they were happy. Service was good and the place was clean.
I ordered a lettuce wrap chicken burger. I got chicken with lettuce. No tomatoes, no nothing. Just chicken and lettuce
I would not go to this place I asked for a triple buddy burger and what they gave me was a single butter burger with two Patties on the sides
I my second Teen Burger yesterday after being dreadfully disappointed on the weekend. The tomato was paper thin - as opposed to 1/3" like it used to be. The cheese...yes it was cheddar, (no longer processed cheese) but it was also paper thin and did not add creaminess... very boring burger. It has been my favorite since 1968 when I had my first burger on my first date.
It was 10:30pm. I parked and walked inside. They looked right at me and turned their back to me and proceeded to help 6 people in the drive thru that got there well after me as there were no cars in drive thru when i initially arrived. I had walked out, got in my car just to go through the drive thru just to get some service. Honestly the most messed up experience.
Today i bought onion rings at 8:05 we asked for fresh rings on drive through but i literally got all burnt rings. We didnt even ate it.Kindly check on food quality before serving.
I ordered this Chubby Chicken burger. I was chewing and realized there was a hair in it. I called the location to let them know that I found hair in their food and it is a violation of my safety. As Omicron spreads through droplets. If a hair got into the food, is sweat making it in as well? The manager said I was lying and they wear hairnets. This was not the first time I found hair in their food! You can get a bunch of chicken burgers at Save on Food and make your own! At least if you get hair in it, you know it's YOURS! I actually feel sick to my stomach now.
