This location used to accept Mobile Bandit coupons, and everything indicates that they still do, the specific location is listed in mobile bandit and the offers are still available, but when you attempt to use them, the staff tells you that they no longer do, and points to a sheet of paper taped to the counter saying "we don't accept Mobile Bandit coupons anymore" with no explanation.Of course, you are already inside and likely to buy something, so they still get the foot traffic and sales driven by still being listed.Feels scummy. I don't support scummy business practices so I'll find somewhere else to eat in the future.
I had to try the root beer, fries and a bacon/cheese burger. Root beer and burger were above expectations. The fries were pretty average.
I’m usually the guy saying how great A&W is relative to other burger places. Sorry, not this location. Half-as*ed effort on my Uncle Burger by someone who obviously doesn’t know what makes a good burger. Lame response to my complaint from management. Goodbye.
Disappointing that they have active mobile bandit deals on the app for this location but deny you the coupon at the counter. Apparently management told them to stop taking them and for the customer to contact mobile bandit? Makes no sense, if you don't want eligible coupons for your business available on an app, that's not a customer's issue to resolve. I specifically came to this location because the offers were available.
Comfy environment, come here with my friends often and we can safely say the staff here is very respectful and the food is very filling!
Been coming to A&W Como lake branch for a few yrs and the service is always good. All servers are quick, and courteous, and very welcoming. The supervisor Simrat is very professional and kind. Love the place my go to place to just de-stress.
“Best burger ever”, more like NOT the best burger ever. Pro tip: don’t try their new limited edition burger. Not worth it.
