I’ve lived in chilliwack many years and have always loved whitespot. I usually let these things go cause they remake it right away when asked but I went there today with some family and got myself a monty mushroom burger which came to me very undercooked and completely raw. I also ordered a legendary burger for takeout to bring home to my boyfriend and after getting a raw burger I should have checked to make sure the to go burger was properly cooked but I figured since I sent my already raw burger back to be remade they wouldn’t make the mistake twice. But he dove in to eat it when I got home just to find it equally as pink and raw. I’m very very disappointed and hope this doesn’t happen again for other peoples sake it can be very dangerous. For now I will not be going back to eat there anytime soon.
We order here often and its always good service. They forgot my fries today, and Jett was absolutely fantastic to deal with. So kind, and professional. To top that off, when I was back getting my fries, every staff member asked me if I needed help. Raises all around ?
Just moved here from Ontario & noticed White Spots all over the Vancouver area! So I had to try it! Tried the BC Salmon Burger! Great flavour, Great Friendly Service
Awful experience food wise. Noteworthy tho was how amazing our waitress was. She seemed mortified but was awesome in her response.Now the meal, see the attached pictures. The beef dip was horrid. The au jus was some form of water down murky beef broth, fries raw and mushy, and the meat, oh the meat, some oddly concerning colours in it. One manager told us that the au jus was different because they couldn’t get their supplies in so they had to use store bought gravy to make au jus, then a different manager said the au jus was normal and would be was is found at other locations.. well which one is it?
Best White Spot I've ever been to!I'm not sure what was different from the other Spots I've been to but the flavors of the Nat's Hearty were 3 times tastier at this location! Ceaser was perfect!Considering making the move to Chilliwack now
Very quiet place compared to other whitespot. Got seat straight away. Breakfast tasted good. Like everyone else the price has gone up but the quantity of food is still the same not like other places. Nice place
Went on a Friday night and had to wait 20 minutes which was to be expected though. Jett was our server and he was fantastic! Very personable, great sense of humor/ personality and very attentive. He made our dining out experience enjoyable. Oh, and the burgers were delicious of course ?
Prices are steep, but still a BC favorite. Servers are pretty good too. Great shrimp sandwich. Burgers are delicious as are the yam fries with their spicy (ish) mayo
The legendary BC White Spot, always a good restaurant for friends and family to eat. This location has great friendly staff. And good food.However price is a little higher than it should be for the type and quality of food for a family restaurant.(that's more of a H/O issue, than a local issue).
Great food and hosts. The covid restrictions take away from the fun of a night out. Segregation shouldn't happen anywhere esp in Canada.
