Excellent location, it's kept very clean, service is always solid and even though it's a very busy location (best hours aside from mcdonalds) they are head and shoulders above competition. You can't really beat wendys for quality and service, but it does come at a cost. I'd say you pay 2$ more for equivalent meal here than competitors but it's worth the price imo. I use the app so I generally get a deal. Today I used coupon for 2 dollars off. I got a frostchino on side and my total came to 9$ with the bacon egg biscuit meal /w small coffee. I decided to eat in dining room and really enjoyed it. Very clean, lots of windows as well as a very clean bathroom facilities. Quick service although they weren't very busy. Staff were smiling and helpful, made me feel welcome, which is nice to have these days.Service 5Environment 5Food 5
I always enjoy coming to this Wendy's when I'm around the Sumas area, the lines are never long, the food is always top notch, and it makes me wish for a Wendy's closer to my area.
Asked for large fries, got mediums poured into large containers, I've worked fast food, I know this trick and I hate everyone who does it. No straws for our drinks, although they probably would have been paper straws for the giant plastic cups they use anyway. Got a tomato when I asked for no tomato. And the lineup was not as bad as usual so no they can't say they were "busy"
doesn't this look appetizing!? just go somewhere else, they don't care. the fries I ordered looked like they were dropped on the ground and stepped on before they put the in the box.
The burger combo was ok. Their french fries are pretty good. The price was very reasonable. The supervisor hollering at the staff was a little unnerving though.
The lineup was long so I went inside. There was a fairly long lineup inside too. I ordered 2 small Frosties & waited. After quite some time I asked how much longer it would be. One woman asked what my order was & when I told her, she asked another woman to make it while she stood beside the cashier.All told it was 35 minutes to get 2 small Frosties.
I loved the chicken Cesar salad ? super delicious and fresh. No wilted lettuce served at this location. The fries ? are always fresh and hot ?!!!!!
Forgot our frosty, and once we got it, it was warm and liquidy. Gave us the wrong sauce for our chicken nuggets. One of the drink machines was not working. Not a very good experience due to poor quality control.
Just as good as any other Wendy’s restaurants. EXCEPT every, single time I order through SkipTheDishes, my order is either a little bit, or a lot wrong. I dont even bother calling or going back to complain anymore. Whenever I order, I just prepare myself for the worst and then I’m never disappointed (anymore).
Wendy's in Vedder are very ignorant to Skip drivers, I over heard them say "Oh its just Skip" & then proceeded to serve other people first, do they NOT realize Skip is there for an actual paying customer? They need to smarten the eff up thete
