Probably the last time I go to this local spot.First real issue(less than two months ago) I watched a manager observe an issue with the pop machine, then still send the drinks for my family out. Got home and there was no flavour. Called they apologized stating they found out there was an issue. Offered a free meal, then retracted and offered a refund(gift card) on the drinks. “Just tell them my name”.Today I arrived, and after “looking” they couldn’t find after opening a drawer full of paper(right in front of me), so they said I should pay and just come back next time as they didn’t know how much the medium drinks cost…?Went elsewhere, spent less, got more, and honestly(since lately triple O’s is made so poorly in certain locations) tasted better.Rarely post, especially bad ratings, but enough is enough…On the upside, the chevron staff are great, always friendly and helpful.
They made the wrong order. I ordered a buttermilk sandwich and they gave me a buffalo sandwich… unfortunately I didn’t realize until I left. Food was ok.
Just as good as the other Triple O’s. Great veggie burgers and milk shakes !

Thought we’d give them another try as they are notorious for screwing up the order. BIG mistake! 3 small shakes, 2 burgers and a poutine $46!!!!!all I really wanted was the lettuce wrapped burger which I was looking forward to…..of course it had a bun. No dinner for me tonight! Totally useless crew all outside smoking away. I wish I could give less than one star!

Ordered a gluten free Original with cheese.Didn’t get a gluten free bun nor did I get cheese.
Ridiculous only 2 cars ahead of me when I got in the drive thru line and 22 mins later I'm still behind one car to the window am just going to drive past. 8pm on a Saturday night it's not even dinner rush time. Deeply disappointing no respect for people's time
