Someone else 4 months ago! 4 months reported a dreadful pizza and they served me that same overcooked dreadful excuse of a pizza. Whoever is behind the pizzas there should be fired - if that can’t happen people should just stop ordering them. They don’t know what they are doing.After riding the motorcycle for 5 hours We were so hungry so stopped here. Nice place, we were in a great mood. Then:1. Super nice waiter but man it took forever, and the place wasn’t half full.2. I returned pizza said I’ll have another one not cooked to death. I was starving too, so that’s saying something.What seemed like ages. Wife got some rice bowl thing which was good. She ate her entire meal they took her plates away and we watched 20mins of the football game, he finally said it’s done he is just cutting it up now.Whoa!It was the same horrid pizza. Be warned this place should remove pizza from its menu.Service was: male waiter was really a nice guy. The girl with half blonde half dark hair was awesome too and they took pizza off the bill. But now that I’ve seen they already were told it’s #%^% and continued making it, bothers me. That’s management’s fault!This was Pizza Margherita! I ordered it to be fast and you can’t screw this up.I was wrong with both.Message here - pizza sucks and if they keep making it eventually they may get the message.Feel sorry for the service crew - this isn’t their fault - it’s management!
We ate there the Monday of the long weekend and witnessed the Restaurant Manager publicly humiliate the only working Server there.It was busy as expected, and we were okay to wait but clearly they were understaffed and underprepared for a long weekend. Our server ran from table to table greeting everyone with a smile and keeping her calm as the restaurant filled and she was working entirely by herself. She did very well considering it was her alone with no help.At one point we saw what we assume to be the Manager come out for barely a few minutes, and then retreated to the back not to be seen again. While he was on the floor, we heard him say some pretty horrible things to the worker. Including questioning her on why she even needed help/why she wasn’t good enough to handle it by herself. It was bad enough he made her cry, but the remarkable thing is she continued to work even after what happened. If it were me, I would have walked out.This was extremely unprofessional on the managers part and shows he is not a good team player. Simply put; we will not support and give business to a company that doesn’t have human decency for their employees.
My partner and I came in August long weekend. We knew that it would be busy but what we did not expect was to see one server single handedly manage a restaurant full of tables entirely by herself.Our server Miqueilla was wonderfully attentive and kind despite the obvious understaffing and lack of support she was receiving. It appeared that it was just her and kitchen staff working. At one point, the manager came out and embarassed this poor girl loud enough for the restaurant to hear. We were so upset and just mortified for her, and yet she still continued to work. We haven't been able to stop thinking about it all week.I hope the server is acknowledged and apologized to and if not then takes her skills elsewhere. Witnessing such a degrading moment ruined our experience and this persons work should be reviewed as they do not belong in a management position.
Bad service and burned pizza. The server Brianna spoke over me as I was doing my best to let her know my pizza was not good. She then seem offended that I asked her to allow me to finish speaking. After that she didn’t want to come over to our table anymore. We sat with a full table of empties and plats of uneaten food which we paid full price for. Chilliwack Town Hall have some major staffing issues…but hey doesn’t everyone have staffing issues now so it’s ok for the bad service….right?
Brianne was an amazing server. I was visiting Chilliwack for work and decided to go here. She remembered me and my coworker, she also remembered what we ordered for drinks previously. The happy hour menu is something that cannot be beat.
If you plan on ordering from town hall on skip call to check on your order. I ordered tonight at 5:40pm and didnt receive my order until 7:10pm.My skip driver was waiting OVER an hour just to pick up my food because they lost it. When he called to see what the hold up was they tried telling him the order was already picked up when in reality they actually lost it and had to remake it. this also was not worth it for my skip driver as he would be losing out on other orders because of there mess up.
Had a fantastic hungover brunch here today. The whole group was in prerty rough shape, but the staff treated us very very well. Best service i've had in a long time!
Waste of money, terrible service.2 stars as the food was not bad.Dirty tables around us the whole time we dined and when asked if we wanted more drinks we sat and waited for a long time to tell the waitress what we wanted and she never came back.Eventually when she did come back out to see us she had the same two drinks we originally ordered, which we definitely did not want again.Very unprofessional, all staff looked like they hated their jobs. Asked a question about drink options and staff don’t know what’s on offer..Most miserable host I’ve ever met in my life.Was not even busy which was the most disappointing part as there really was no excuse for poor service at all.Don’t expect much from this venue at all. Will not be back, do better.
Foods ok. Townhall charges extra for a “dip” that should come with a meal so just beware. I am not suggesting that every “dip” after the one that “should” come with the meal be free, but seriously, it’s a total cash grab and corporate should be ashamed of themselves. It’s a bit of an insult! Soon they will be charging for ketchup if this keeps up! We won’t be returning.
Every time I’ve been here I’ve had a good experience. Service is friendly. Food is decent. Went for happy hour yesterday and it was great. I love stoping by here on the way home from cultus.
