It's a great middle ground between my brother and I. Also a good spot to grab an ice cap or small coffee. I've noticed that they have been having a staffing shortage, but have still managed to deliver my food in a timely manner and without mistake.
They made me wait at the menu board till my order was ready. Its a double drive thru and they were doing the same thing to the lane beside me. I think it has something to do with there timing system for the drive thru. By the time I got my food and coffee, my coffee was cold!

I was trying to order a bagel at 8:55 pm and your supervisor miss Ishiqa or isika refused. She said we closed for the food and i was like wow what a terrific service by tim Hortons. If your guys closed for food at 8:55 then why its open till 10:00 pm.Not satisfied at all.
WORST TIM HORTONS!!!!! I didnt even want to rate it 1 star....because it doesnt deserve it. Drive thru wait time is 15 min at a minimum on a good day (which are rare at this location). You wait and wait to order at the speaker, only to be told "I'll be with you right away". The staff are so slow and are never working with an urgency for quick timely customer service. I think it's faster to go inside, but nope, it even takes longer than the drive thru. The staff are basically moving at a snails pace. Unfortunately this is the closest Tim's to my place....and I'm almost ready to start going to STARBUCKS just to get some great customer service. This location really SUCKS!!
There is no sense of urgency in the staff. They have 2 registers but can barely operate 1. Constantly running out of items due to bad projections. Franchise owner needs to spend more time improving the standards. Maybe get input from other locations in Chilliwack. They do well.
This is a wonderful place that I would recommend everyone to go to. I went to this place just now and was completely confused about what to order (as I'm a vegetarian) but the manager of the restaurant was so kind and calm and really helped me with all the options available. This is definitely my every time go to place from now on.
I go to this location often and have no issues with anything beside the donuts. I ordered Boston creams and the icing was stuck to the paper on both. This happens every time I get a donut with icing on it. Surely there is a better way to package them.
Ordered hot chocolate twice today, both times were so watery you couldn’t even taste any chocolate in them. This is the 5th time this has happened now and I’ve had multiple similar experiences with the frozen lemonade in the summer. Worst tim Horton’s I’ve ever been to.
