Coffees were watered down, bread was stale. The only good thing is that the staff are understanding

The server had no idea what a frappuccino was so I got a normal iced coffee. Then the next person in line was served an almost perfect frappuccino under some random TH specific name.. Sad day for me. 1/10

Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Ordered 2 chicken wraps and 2 large iced capps. They gave me medium iced capps so I simply asked them to fix it since I paid for large. They poored the medium iced capps into large cups and handed them to me half full. I pointed out they were not full and they rolled their eyes and filled them till they were overflowing and messy. Annoyed I just took them as they were and left. I then bit into one of the chicken wraps and the chicken was hard and cold, barely edible. How is this Tim Hortons not closed down.

The worst Tim Hortons location in Canada award goes to: Chiliwhack BC. Staff are lazy, the restaurant is filthy, there's no manager, low morale and the teeny bloopers running the show are all huddled around their phones telling customers "yea, we don't have that." This place is the twilight zone of fast food. I wasted 30 minutes in the drive thru waiting for 3 cups of coffee. When I got to the drive thru window there were 9 drinks ie ice coffees, french vanillas, lemonades and other drinks all sitting by the window warming up in the hot sun. The entire staff team are clueless and rude. The owner needs to make some serious decisions and hire new people or turn the place into a Dollarama. Don't eat here if you respect yourself.

Honestly, Im not one to complain, but LITERALLY this kid walking around with his mask as a chin guard watched him three times stick his finger in his mouth then make coffees. Then was weirded out when I asked him for new lids.It’s ALWAYS a hot mess in here. Avoid it at all costs

This is the worst Tim Hortons. Their standard time to give any order is 25 mins. They don’t care about customer service nor give your order correctly. If you value your time and have self respect never come here. I’m surprised why Tim Hortons has allowed this franchise owner to stay in power so long.

Placed a mobile order for pickup. Waited instore for 40 minutes before I left without my food. Drive Thru appears to be moving and Skip drivers get served first instore. Lots of staff working but instore customers waiting a long time to be acknowledged.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. This place doesn’t even deserve a full star. There was this one blond worker who had a lot of attitude when I told her I’ve been waiting for just 2 sandwiched for over 10 mins. Very horrible service, wait time is way to long. One of the worse Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Won’t be coming here that much that’s for sure.

Paid for sausage and bacon and I get no egg and a half slice of bacon this thing is mangled, waited over 30 minutes total.The lady taking my order was pushy and abrasive, no hope for good service in the sardis area locations.

If you care about your personal time DO NOT GO HERE. This is by far the worst service I’ve experienced ever. Waiting in line for over an hour with 3 people in front of me and NO ONE working the register or even acknowledging the people in front of them. Staff is undertrained and looks worn. Location is filthy and there is no regard for their staff or customers.The London fog I did actually get after waiting for over an hour was watered down and tasted terrible. DO BETTER
