Glad to see some improvement in speed and making sure people are getting what they ordered. But.... Would be nice when going in that there is more of a welcoming environment. Like a hi welcome to Timmie's be right with you. Definitely make a difference in whether they want us to come back or not.
In the drive thru they yell at you before you pull up to window "how are you paying". They park you to save their timer. When I said "no" the lady told me about the timer. They seem to rush and not care. Foods good but service is rude
Generally unimpressed with the service at this Tim’s. Staff seems annoyed that I was there to order. Served a half full bowl of soup.
3 stars because they only have one flavour of Tim Bits! Coffee was good. Location isn't bas convenient as the previous Tims by the Shell. Oh well.
Very nice Canadian Maple donut. Coffee was not very strong and wifi not working sadly
Drive through is quick.... But going inside don't even bother if you want more than a coffee and a donut... Been here 25 minutes waiting for a wrap. Then they tell me it's been ready just nobody brought it to me....
THE SLOWEST TIM HORTONS DRIVE THRU EVER! Every single time I come here, they take forever in the drive thru. Like not just slow but a painful slow. Avoid this tims !!!
McDonald's will have my coffee money/ business for now on.Twice today, on my 2, 15 minute breaks, absolutely wasted my time in the drive though line.The owners don't care if the store is under staffed, and if you paid them well!what they are worth your staff, minimum ,? And expect exllent service?, keep staff, pay fair!Absolutely wasted both my breaks, 4 cars in line, and 13 minutes too wait for 4 cars.McDonald's for now on
This is by far the best Tim's ever. I walk in, and Jade or Shelby always greets me whyth a smell or hi Rob. they immediately make my coffee, we have a little chat, and I'm off to work. These two employees deserve a raise as they always deliver customer service.
Horrible! Terrible! Today we were at Tim Hortons on # 9 hwy and we were about the 6 car back andwaited in the line up for 30 mins. I was in a hurry to be somewhere and ended up really late, it was a good thing I wasn't going top work bcuz I would have been fired. This happen Sunday Feb. 5th about 3:30- 3:35 pm, I'm surprised for such thing to happen when it's suppose to be a quick stop & go.
