Hours are wrong… they are almost never there until after 9… when the staff is there they don’t stock much

I always go to this Tim Hortons. The staff are very friendly, the food is hot and fresh, and I never see a staff member frown. The supervisor always asks 'How are you today?', which makes me feel valued as a costumer. I will always come to this one when I wan Tim Hortons.
How could employee not notice my coffee lid wasn't on properly, and that cup rim was damaged? I noticed, when my hot coffee spilled onto my jacket. Lodged complaint. Store remedy offered, to give me a coffee "free of charge". Thanks Tim's for the dime you're willing to offer for this egregious event. Thanks for saving me $60/month I was spending on your coffee.

Was very specific @ my order no cheese double egg breakfast muffin was also charged for cheese 1.30 which if fine. But got cheese just one egg.. was the food for my break.. paid near 8 dollars including coffee which was great .. please take care on allergy orders.. Thanks
Love this store! Great deals on right now. Safety measures in place for shoppers, friendly helpful staff that are knowledgable. Will return when I visit Vancouver again.
