We live in a different province but when we are in town this location is the closest to our family member. For the past week and a half we have tried going there every day but only succeeded ONCE!! Although they have 2 lanes for the drive thru, they only have one open so the line ends up spilling onto the road so you can't even get in the parking lot as well as it also comes from around the building so there's a traffic jam. We finally mentioned it to our family member and they said that even though this place is very close to them, they won't go there for the reasons I listed above! Don't waste your time with this location, go elsewhere!!
The new Manager Herman I believe his name is, he is very bossy not to just his store but the other stores as well! Terrible leadership skills.
Drive through experience is god awful. Always make sure you check your order before leaving and don’t let them pressure you to move or you’ll be back in line for an additional 15 minutes to potentially receive half of your order corrected.
Good food good service when they are staffed fully.No drive thru service quite often.So they lose to McDonald's.
Absolutely the worst Tim's I've been to in years .. ordered in the store 2 breakfast sandwiches. Was standing there fprn10 mins no-one said anything to us so I asked what was up and the lady making the food was extremely rude telling me she has no egg ready . And I said someone should say something to there customers if they have to wait like that . Then she threw my food accross the counter at me and then wasn't even the right food .
probably the worst tim hortons in the lower mainland. i worked at tim hortons for over a year and definitely know they’re breaking their own customer service policy but that’s not even the worst part. this tim hortons will tell you their machines are broken when they actually need to be filled, takes five or more minutes to hear if someone is going to talk to you in the drive thru and then at the window it’s another ten to thirty minute wait when all i ever order is an iced capp, and trust me, i’m not the only one annoyed. Happens every single time.
The breakfast sandwichs were just ok. The hash browns were cold greasy and soggy. This was my first time at a tim hortons for several years.
Couldn't order roast beef and cheddar, couldn't order any wraps. Turkey club was cold.
Super condescending worker in the drive thru window. Then to top it off found a hair weaved into the cream cheese of my bagel. Disgusting.
Times is always pretty decent but they never seem to have a y of the donuts that they advertise
