Very upset about my experience today, went to Tim’s on my lunch break at work and got 3 coffees, 2 bagels and 2 potato wedges to share with my coworkers, they gave me the coffees and the one bag of food and said have a nice day, assuming that, I left thinking I had everything. Get back to work and there are no bagels in the bag, upset enough that I have to drive all the way back there but now missing the rest of my lunch break because of it. I called to let them know I was coming back and asked if I could get a refund for the bagels because I wasted gas going back to get them, they said ok over the phone. When I got there they refused to give me a refund and the lady that served me said it was my fault for driving off…. She could have told me the bagels would be a minute instead of telling me to have a nice day and I would have waited for them obviously. They gave me attitude and argued with me. What happened to customer service in this town. I was so mad I just left with the bagels. Which were ice cold btw. Never going back to this place. How hard is it to work at Tim Hortons ??
Close to my apartment and always good coffee!? staff is nice and I see they do work hard.
Placed a mobile order the other day there, and when we arrived my wife was yelled at by the lady behind the counter. She pointed rudely to the screen and told her that if the order doesn't show up on there then they don't have it. My wife told me so i went in. The same girl yelled at me and told me that she told my wife there was no order. I showed the order on my phone and pointed out it was their address. Then a guy stepped in, and he was the saving grace to the whole thing. He corrected the issue right away and had our order in a few minutes. I won't be back to this location again.
Can’t even make a simple drink properly. Ordered a roasted hazelnuts cold brew and that wasn’t what I got, tasted like a watered down ice coffee with too much cream. Definitely won’t be ordering it from this place again.
All of the tim Hortons in chilliwack are bad but this one definitely takes the cake. My girlfriend and I always make bets on what the issue will be everytime we come and this time it was unfriendly service and rotten lettuce on our sandwiches, not that hard to see that the lettuce was black...
They need a constant cashier who doesn't leave cash to take orders and let the kitchen/coffee staff do their jobThe lineup takes forever
One of the worst places, waited over 15 mins. They should drop making sandwiches because they literally take so to make also maybe open more than 1 freaking cash register open during the morning hours since ur a breakfast spot. I was planning enjoying my order with my daughter but instead by the time I got to the front of the line I had it made my decision not to spend any money there used a gift card to get my daughter her donut and went to spend my money elsewhere and won't he returning anytime soon
Stopped in to try the new Harvest breakfast sandwich. I was actually very surprised on how good it tasted. I'm normally not one to eat this type of food.But I would definitely try it again.
Slowest timhortonts I have ever had the displeasure of going to.You would think they could get your coffee right after taking over 20 minutes to make it.Employes are incompetent and the management is a bunch of incels.
Dirty and the service was poor. Had to get the staff attention. To add to the bad service, the ice capp machine was broken as well they were short on the lemonade. Won't be visiting this tim hortons. ?
