I would never visit this tim Horton ever. I ordered chocolate crossiant and my teeth was about to break . It was so hard .. and creemy chocolate chill was like chocolate powder put in water. No wihip cream .. seriously guys ull need to improve customer service
Just went through the drive-thru and wow took 37 mins to get in and out and our order was completely messed up, cmon Timmy’s hire some more employees this is terrible service
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Waited in the drive-thru for half an hour before even getting to order! I will NEVER be back to this location. Management is absolutely disgraceful.
This particular location is slow on instore dining. They prioritized the drive thru. I order a chilli medium coffee and doughnut. All of that requires little prep its grab and fill. I wait 10 minutes before I got my food.
Get coffee ask for a sleeve, java jacket, double cup, at the order speaker and still have to remind the cashier. Great coffee pleasant greatings.
Terable service, 1 Person is doing multiple tasks, Garbage cans overfilled when I ask for water the charged me .25c for the cup, plastice utensils is a NO ,NO , What ever happend to Ceramic Coffee mugs and Ceramic Soup bowls and plates.Tim Horten used to be one of my favorite places to go, Washroom dirty, no soap to wash your hands .The wont see me no more.
Went through the drive-through because they're supposed to be quicker than going in. Ended up sitting in a lineup 6 cars long for over 45 minutes. At one point nobody moved for nearly 10 minutes at at time. When I finally received my order... one singular hot chocolate, it was incredibly watery. This is not the first, nor the second time that I've received poor service and poor quality food/drinks from this location, but it will definitely be the last. Never going back.
Food is well prepared and doesn't often make mistakes for my orders. Staff is reasonably pleasant and friendly, however this location has to be the slowest tim horton’s location in the fraser valley. With no real way of seeing how busy it is from the street, you can sometimes get stuck waiting in line 10-20 minutes for a coffee. With how busy this location is most times, it is a crime that it’s so (seemingly) short-staffed.With some improvements to waiting times this location could not only be convenient for those downtown but be one of my favourite locations in chilliwack.
The service is so dam slow
This Tim's has the slowest drive thru I've ever experienced. I can't come back here. No sense in waiting 15 to 20 minutes to get a coffee. It's a shame because the staff is nice and the food/drinks are good. Better off driving 10 minutes to the nearest McDonald's :(
