The rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. The lady running the drive thru had absolutely no manners or patience. I took roughly 5 seconds to gather up my change and in that span she barked my total at me 6 times. When I handed her my money she told me to “have my money ready next time” and shut the window without giving me my change back. On top of that there wasn’t even anybody in line behind me. I understand service times need to be fast but anyone who treats a customer like that shouldn’t be working in customer service, end of story. It’s sad to see how low the bar is for staffing at this franchise, if I could give 0 stars I would. You’re better off getting your coffee anywhere else.

Using the drive through, the girl cut me off and then wouldn't let me finish my order without saying sharply "is that all"? . I had to ask if I could finish my order. Then before I got to the window she was yelling at the truck in front of me to back up and telling me to move back. There was no where to go as there was a line behind me. She then yelled at the fellow in front of me to get out of his truck and come get his order? Terrible service.

Its Timmy's. It's gone hill a lot the past few years. This is my first time back in a while and yeah its still just like O.K. McDs has better coffee and other things than Timmy's. Starbucks and McDs both beat the taste and speed of service

Will never use this Tim Hortons again. They did not even know how to make change from a $20 bill. Food was not good and the ice cap machine was broken and had to wait for bacon to be cooked. All really rude except one female.

Placed and paid for a mobile order for pickup, arrived and this location was locked with a sign on the door about staffing issues. Drive thru was open so I knocked on the door and was able to get my order. If they had to close the lobby why couldn't they turn off mobile orders for in store pickup? Also, never got my Roll Up The Rim rolls from my order. Tim Hortons is never good but this was extra awful.

Well a lot of the Tim Hortons are slow whether they have new people or shift change they need to somehow get faster service or better prep !Fast food restaurants you never wait as long as you do at Tim HortonsI still like the food and drinks and the brand new eggs that taste just like home ?

Loved it here. Food was awesome and fast. It was also hot, had to let it cool down a bit. Nice for a change. Of course it could be cheaper, but price not bad.

We like to go to Tim Hortons for our coffee and donut holes for a little snack. We go to Tim Hortons all over the place they are every were. So it doesn't matter which city you are in ,you will find one or more around just ask somebody and they can probley tell you where the closest one is.

4 cars waiting in the drive thru for over 15 mins without moving. No idea what was going on, but 3 cars found a way out of the line to leave, which allowed us to do the same. What has happened to Timmys? Used to be such a good franchise. They never get orders right and drive thrus have become a nightmare.

Constantly out of menu items. Chili? Nope. Boston Creme donut? NOPE. Vanilla dip donut? NOPE. And its only 1pm in the afternoon, they're supposed to be open for another 9 HOURS! Leadership is 100% lacking if you can't even keep inventory of some of your most popular items. This wasn't a one visit issue either, its now been 3 separate visits over the last couple months. The only good point was the staff was very professional, certainly not the front line staffs faults for all this leadership/ownership incompetence.
