It's a Starbucks, what else is there to say about it? Staff are overworked, the special drinks are always out, but you can always be assured of a comfortable experience.

Made my drink perfectly. I also bought a "been here" cup, dropped it, broke it, and it was graciously replaced. Excellent customer service!
Insanely long waits ,pre order on the mobile app doesn't speed things up.Staff isn't very friendly, this is extremely upsetting as this location used to be one of my favs.Avoid this place on weekends.
Later evening sit in. Group playing chess. Drinks were quick and correct. Wished there was a fire to cozy up by, and some cozier chairs, but I still enjoyed my steamed hazelnut milk.
I barely put reviews but i just had my coffee at this location and it didnt taste the way i get mine but the girl named Anisah was so nice and made me a new one. She was so nice and kind. She made my day . Thankyou
Definitely need to have Friendly staff. The Asian Barista was Angry’ completely out of control “She was not trained proprerly i bellieve” Frustrated
This location is pretty great, always busy but the service and quality are on point!
Staff was less than normal but I assume that's a COVID issue. My drinks are always accurate and taste great
