Had to have been the slowest experience I've had at a Starbucks. If you want to get coffee here you'd better use the drive-thru. They had two to three people working on orders for the drive-thru, and one person working on orders for the people in store. There were about eight people waiting for their orders in store, I counted at least 20 vehicles that went through the drive-thru while we were waiting for our order.
I just have to say that I was in the drive thru this afternoon and even though there was a line up around the corner when I pulled up to the window Ashton was extremely pleasant and friendly and just made my day. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to him for a wonderful experience today.
When are you going to allow customers to add cream and sugar to their drinks? Once again yesterday, you gave me one sugar and a drop of cream which was very far from what the sticker on the cup's label indicated. Just because you were busy, that is no excuse to continuously mess up the drinks. I seriously think I am done with Starbucks. Do you just not care, or what's the deal?

I ordered online for a drive through pickup. The order was 1 strawberry acai lemonade extra strawberries, 2 strawberry coconut and a chai tea latte. We ended with 3 strawberry coconut drinks and a chai tea latte.. we turned around and went back. I went inside to get the order corrected and was given the strawberry acai lemonade but it only had to teeny weenie strawberries not my double order of strawberries.
Fast, efficient, friendly service at a really busy time. Great job to the team there!

Nice place to hangout with friends lobby is huge and tidy staffs are so friendly & with high speed internet.
Great Coffees, goodies, staff and atmosphere ? spoilt by 50% of Tables taken by computer Hogs.
Clean a d well lit. They follow the Starbucks brand clearly and closely. No surprises. You l ow what to expect.
