This location accepts the Mobile Bandit App coupon deals however, changes what us allowed in store and doesn't reflect what the coupons say. The coupon says "ANY LARGE SUB excluding extra value menu subs." If the Mobile Bandit is incorrect, they need to update their agreement with them and should still honor the customers order. If this went to legal, they'd be liable to uphold the deal.
This place is disgustingly dirty, even after they wiped the table it was still very sticky and gross. The entire facility is dirty. They need the health inspector in here.
Love going to Quiznos. Excellent choices, friendly staff, reasonable prices. A good experience
Ordered from Skip the Dish’s- sub was cold and not toasted at all. Tossed it straight into the garbage.
Usually this location does a great job making their subs. This time they were awful. The bread was hard and the girls behind the counter just put the subs together without caring as they were a sloppy mess. And... I didn't get the hot peppers. That's unforgivable. Lol
My wife likes to freeze bread then thaw it so this reminded me of home. Pathetic that a sub shop would do this. I had hoped the filling would make up for it but...no. The first words I heard when I walked in was " You cannot use the restroom if you don't buy something ". Which I replied " I'd rather buy my sandwich after so I don't have to take it to the bathroom with me." I don't live there, just passing through so I don't have to worry about going back. Puts a bad taste in my mouth for Quiznos for sure.
The service was fine but didnt like the taste at all. Its not worth what o spent. Not going there again.
Customer service and preparation of food has gone WAY DOWN. The owners are extremely rude and lie constantly.I had been made an awful sub and called the store to explain what I had, was not what I ordered. The "manager/owner" said I was wrong, since she knows how to make subs and so forth. I told her that was nice, however she isn't the one that made my sub. She was sitting and talking on her phone. When I said that she back peddled so fast saying that the woman who had made my sub has been there over 7 years and knows how to make great subs.Except for the fact that these people have only been there for 6 years. When they just took over I just started working at M&M Meats beside them and our boss would go there regularly to get subs. The owners previously, had two females that ever worked for them.At the end of it, if the owner can't own up to the simple mistake that was made, but rather lie to the customer over and over they don't deserve any true business.
I've never written a review before but the owner/manager of this quiznos is rude and disrespectful to customers. Told the owner they made the sandwich wrong and that she was rude, her response "I already know that". So if you want to be respected and served food from someone who actually cares about their customers I would 10/10 NOT recommend this place!
