Workers are a bit rushed so it makes u rush not very nice. I mean it's considered fast food but honestly wasn't wasn't fan of the service. Food was great ?
Good food friendly service. We got the new corn side dish and it was interesting. I would order it again. And I would go here again.
Visited yesterday - everything was fresh & delicious. Super clean, fast & really convenient to get back on the road. Will definitely return on my way through Chilliwack.
There is a choice of regular, large and big a$$ in Burritos. We ordered a regular and large beef burrito ?. You have a choice of toppings and sauces, also refried beans or black beans. For a regular burrito it was a large to me. We also tried their charros, choice of Nutella or caramel sauce, mmm. We will definitely go back and try others menu items
First visit to Quesada in Chilliwack and I won’t return. Staff basically ignored my questions and while placing my order the employee was pushy and very unfriendly. There was nobody in line behind me and the store was not busy, so I felt very mistreated as a customer.The food was expensive and not great my burrito was filled with rice and just a little meat.I have dined in many Mexican Restaurants including Mexican fast food and I found my experience and the food quality to be at the bottom of my list.
Absolute worst service ever seen at any place, the lady taking the order was very impatient and clearly frustrated with her life and job. Definitely needs proper management or new staff, never ever going there again. Was very hard to bite my tongue and not tell the person taking the order off. Nothing but faces and attitude, no service whatsoever. Do not go here unless you want your day ruined.
Love this place. I am surprised every time we come in here they are always making something from scratch. They were literally whole roasting tomato’s when I was there. They make most of their from scratch here which I did not know and makes me like them even more.The management and staff at this place are fantastic I do delivery sometime so I do interact with them a lot and I just really appreciate how much love and attention they put into their food and how kind they are. Definitely come here and try it out there’s absolutely no way you could possibly be disappointed
Firstly the only reason I gave one star is because I have to give at least one star for the review to go thru. In all kindness, this place deserves zero stars perhaps even negative stars.! The food was totally horrible. the service was not very friendly or honest. We will certainly never be back at this location of Quesada and depending on how head office handles this matter of my filed complaint, we may not EVER go patron another Quesada. The food is NOT anything close to authentic. Just a complete disappointment over all. Also the staff seem to have different ideas of what is and what is not policy which makes for an interesting situation of unsure what exactly they do! I was going to go off completly in this review but decided to be the better person. However this place is a complete mess to avoid period! To clarify the fish was way too dry, the beef in both types of beef tacos was off ( something not right with it) same with the chicken. just an overall disappointment!
Sign at the counter asking for proof of vaccination to eat here though it is fast food and not required by current health order. This location segregates people for no reason. Head office never responded to my complaint. This means customers with natural immunity that can't get the virus but have no vax pass can't eat there but allows a-symptomatic vaccinated Covid spreaders to dine in. How silly. How sad. Will never go back. Maple Ridge location did not have this sign and I dined there 2 weeks before this location. Take a stand people. Equality for ALL
Delicious mexi style cuisine, I always leave this restaurant feeling full and satisfied. Everything here is fresh and delicious beyond belief. Try the beef barbacoa you will not regret it.
