We ordered delivery tonight and received our pizzas under cooked, raw dough . So I went back to the store to show them. I showed the manager that was working by lifting the toppings up . She told me it was cheese, slimy un cooked dough! I was willing just to get two new pizzas until she insulted me by saying that. So I asked for a refund while still maintaining my cool still. She told me she couldn't but her manager could and was at the bank and I would have to wait 10 minutes so I said sure. After waiting about ten minutes she came to my truck asking for my debt card number and it would take 5 to 7 days for the money to return. Now I am furious!! I am out $50 bucks and have no dinner! this Manager should not be in customer service. But I must say my driver was awesome , when I went back to the store she tried to make things right! I ordered a medium ham & pineapple pizza with stuffed crust. The pizza had 11 pieces of pineapple on it,was very greasy and the cheese in the crust wasn't even melted. I love pizza hut but I will no longer order from pizza hut!
Good pizza, but you added very little cheese. I like your pizza dough. I give it 4 stars this time. When there is a lot of cheese, there will be a lot of stars in your cafe.
Worst management ever, ordered wings, they packaged it in a container, and put in bag "on its side"... leaked sauce all into the bag, when I pulled out the container, got sticky, honey garlic sauce all over my carpet, my counter and my clothes... refused to take ANY responsibility for "THEIR" packaging (their logo'd paper bag), and said "because I ordered thru Skip, that it's their fault, "call them !"..Asked to speak to supervisor, or what Manger told her to tell me that, she refused. She refused to even give me the manager's name !!Absolutely HATE their attitude, and they won't EVER, EVER have my (loyal, and considerable, customer, up to that point) business, or money again, and if you value good service, (or even, ... "not rude", bad, or even mediocre service)... you won't either. Pathetic.
Absolutely trash ordered at 8pm delivery estimated for 915pm its 945pm they call us not even hey sorry nothing. Just a hey your ordered online right? Yes. Ya did you prepay? Yes. Okay so would you like it just refunded to your card we can't do the order no delivery driver... so it took an hour and a half to phone me to tell me no delivery driver? Yes hello so refund then? Wow. Just wow.
Ordered a thin crust chicken lovers and it was dried, tasteless literally no sauce and very little cheese. I called the store to share my feedback and they didn't care at all, they simply said that's the way we make the thin crust pizza. Never again ,three thumbs down ???
I love Pizza Hut pizza but this particular Pizza Hut just closes whenever they feel like. Do not set your heart on getting pizza if you work late because these guys will just close willy-nilly which is pretty frustrating when you had a plan, go to order, and they aren’t open!! Even though their website says they are. Get it together Chilliwack Pizza Hut, at least put it on your website that you’ve closed.
No stars would be more accurate. Ordered online and they delivered the wrong pizzas. After calling the store and asking for the correct ones and them 'not being able to send the driver back' they offered me a refund and a discount on the next order. A whole month later, and I still don't have my refund or a discount. You can never get ahold of anyone who knows how to help you. Truly abysmal.

Horrible experience. I ordered pizza here Halloween night. It said my ETA was 5:07 (I did expect it to be a little late as I assumed it was a busy night)..we have kids and we’re planning on leaving to go trick or treating at 6. Our pizza did not get to our place until 5:50. We tried calling over and over again and no one answered. We finally got through to customer support and they took our complaint, and they said this particular store hadn’t been answering all night. When our pizza arrived I asked the driver what took so long and I got a shrug. I still have not received a call back from this store. 100000% will never call this store again. At least answer your freaking phone.
