This is the worst McDonald's if not the worst restaurants in chilliwack. The bathrooms are never cleaned. The staff is lazy at best seemingly more interested in socializing amongst themselves rather than help customers. Again tonight I am in the place before closing in line and get up to counter to order a milkshake only to be told they are now closed?. The owner must really not care.
Pretty filthy location. I guess with all of the visitors to Cultus Lake coming through on summer weekends it's like slammed and understaffed...still a mess inside though. I'd recommend going to a different location.
The experiences here are hit and miss, I believe they don't always staff properly so it puts a lot of pressure on staff making it difficult during rush hour times. Staff is generally great and work hard. My most recent experience they forgot my breakfast sandwich and I had to wait 15 minutes for new one while other food sat. Unfortunate to say this has happen many times at this location. Still a regular and grateful for the food :)
Very dirty, there is not a single clean table. We have to wipe 10 wipes to make one table for use. It is disgusting..
It had been awhile since I was last through this McDonalds. Long enough to forget why it had been awhile. I'm sure I won't forget again for a good long while.The service was slow.They didn't mention that the order was incomplete because of stock shortages until after paying for and receiving the incomplete order.Get a refund for the missing items seemed like an unnecessarily long complicated exercise and was in change <-- yes just a petty annoyance but why not back on the card?The burgers were put together in an unusually sloppy manor.And lastly, this location doesn't seem to be able to mix a mcflurry.
We did a drive thru on Vedder corner Thomas street McDonald’s. the Lady who takes order and accept payment 6:30!pm April 7th 2022 over priced us. $26 dollar and change for two Quarter Pounder Combos. We don’t recommend this McDonald branch.
Good service and pretty fast to make the orders. Rarely ever get the orders wrong and will easily help if they are wrong. I'd say the food and staff itself are great the only thing that's kinda not nice is the location. It's always super busy and there's most likely a homeless person raking up a whole corner of the restaurant or outside the door begging for money. Otherwise it's a great one to go to
Service is quick. The person at the window is always so friendly and should be applauded for putting up with those of us who show up un-caffeinated in the morning. Food is good but could be hotter. Other than that, the young team there does their best and it shows.
Worst McDonalds in Chilliwack. It never ceases to amaze me on how creative the staff are in messing up orders. Missing items or making burgers with out patties. I've had bad experiences almost every single time I've dined here. Wish I could rate below one star.
I cannot sit here armed with my keyboard and say I have experienced all that Mcdonald's have to offer indeed I have not been to many of their outlets.What I can say for sure is that this outlet at Vedder road has service standards which are wayy below anyone's in the fast food industry I have experienced to date.I gave them a four line order for take out, and they managed to miss off one line completely.When I rung them up about it, there response was simply, we will give you a free item next time you drop by.Assuming of course I spend my money with them ever again. So in essence someone went without lunch today in the house.Their store manager needs to give them all a world of up to date training on how to deal with customers spending their hard earned money and bout checking the customers orders prior to given them over to the customer. they need to sharpen themselves up against the competition which is ever growing in this industry of theirs.If there was a minus star rating this place would have got it for sure.
