"Open 24/7", except when they close the doors to everyone but doordash drivers, block off the drive-through, and the only option for their ordering app is to... pick up via drive through. Absolute genius, really.
Theyve been around forever and have good customer service. The aethetics are really nice. I enjoy the atmosphere.But, for at leat the last 2 years, 9 of 10 times I've put an order through, something has been wrong. Sometimes it just missed straws, most of the time it's a whole happy meal or all the fries, or even 1/3 of the burgers. I know what I'm getting into when i order and they are convenient, but I never expect accuracy.
I wouldn't give this mcdonalds not even one star, worked there and was one of the worst experiences of my life and how unsanitary they leave everything is abosultley disgusting. They also never paid me my 250$ that they owe me when I left hope you guys spend it wisely I guess you needed it that bad ?
Slow at the drive through. Let through 3 cars to my right before even taking my order.Incompetence on a large scale through and through. Couldn't take an order, couldn't modify an order, nor modify an order with the assistance of a manager. Also was given attitude by staff.
Okay, I had a lousy review planned after a bad experience when they were very busy, AND last time I was there they were out of FRIES??!! AND they couldn't make espresso drinks - however ... I went through recently and the young man at the payment window had the enthusiasm of Brian from Office Space with his 37 pieces of flair, and now I have to keep going back in hopes that I will get him again. It was so amusing and made my day. Friendly, fun people in this world turn everything around.
Took 17 minutes after being told 2 minutes to make a vanilla chai frap claiming it's because the machine is finicky. More like shift change, lack of care for the customer, and careless employees who don't keep track of orders. Made our entire order cold, thanks.
Good food good service but smells like the garbage dump and the imposing homeless gathering outside and occasionally inside leaves something to be desired
Well I ordered from skip last night my mistake this is the fifth time I had so called missing items i talked to them they refused to compensate me for the missing items so as they blame it all on you I will no longer eat at any mcdonalds as no one is ever culpable for any thing thanks for your time see you never by the way stop using skip they are a rotten non accountable company run by money grubers
if you order inside you better have lots of time to kill because this place is beyond disorganized. The last couple I went for breakfast and when you enter it was like walking into a sauna so I confronted the manager about how hot it was and was apologetic. Really sad when a multi BILLION dollar company does not turn the A/C especially when they are so slow and it is summertime. F$#%*N pathetic.
