Ok let's be straight, i like a good kfc night and look forward to it at times. This is hands down THE WORST KFC out there. 45 minutes in the 'park' through ... can't call it a drive through when ur engine is shut off the majority of the time. Soooo after i wait 45 minutes i open the bag to dried out chicken and missing items. Do notgo there people
Pathetic and poor service from this outlet. We waited for 45 minutes in the drive thru only to get to know that the restaurant is not closed. The managers were not polite as well. The owners should know how to run these food outlets.
Just ordered a large family meal and they forgot the large fries a person shouldn’t have to go through their food every Flippin time to double check this restaurant is constantly screwing up beware!
Online says open at 10. Got there at 11-closed. Came back at noon, still closed. Maybe out of business. Mary Browns is good and not far away
I never write bad reviews but this is by far The worst kfc in town if I could give 0 stars I would . Food is always cold the two times I’ve gone ! 45 min to hour wait for fast food is pathetic .you might as well go dine in somewhere. The worst Horrible service ever!! the incompetent, slow & pathetic people working here should all be fired on the spot . I watched a employee take a fries container and dip into the gravy that was also sitting in a chicken bucket in the warmer to pour into a container for some customer absolutely disgusting (like really dipping out gravy in a chicken bucket do better people . Rats all over the area ,Where the garbage area is over flowed . The wait time my god is at least a hour not kidding for two tacos is beyond me just mind blowing . I’ve gone 2 times and won’t be back !!! The doors are locked you can’t go in constantly saying oh we are understaffed!! They aren’t open when they say they are . You call they don’t answer . Store inside looks dirty and so do the employees and not up to health standards they should be shut down immediately !! Worst place in chilliwack avoid at all costs . Health inspectors step up and do something about this place !!
Kinda dirty on the inside, food has obviously sat in the warmer a long time. Service was a little sluggish. Nothing out of the norm for KFC in the past ten years but still a little sad to see how far the Colonels beloved franchise has decayed since it's glory days.
You want fast food? Sorry but you will wait way too long, you will have faster service at the white spot next store.The store is rundown, they are not even open 90% of the time even when the times are posted they are not open.
Understaffed by cheap owners. Doors locked they do not serve thir customers in the store. Drive thru only and you better have a movie to watch in your car to kill time while you wait to get through the painfully slow drive thru. Recommend you find other places to go you won't regret avoiding this place
We will never go here again. They have messed up our last two orders, even after being begged to triple-check. This last time they got 1 out of 5 items correct. Should have a negative rating, not a 1.
Unfortunately this is the worst kfc I have ever been too. You’ll be waiting in the drive thru for a minimum of 30 minutes. Just avoid this place
