Got to admit. I think they picked up there game. I live in Abby and kfc not good. However. I got a excellent meal on yale rd.. Keep up the good work
I ordered gravy, when I opened it it was brown water with an oil sheen on top. How can you put that into a container and give it to a customer. Disgusting!
Great location. Like all fast food joints, you get the fat, double digit IQ customers who make up the good majority of fast food goers, throwing fits while waiting in line for their food. Go home and make your own food if waiting 5-10 minutes is such a problem to throw a fit over, its even funnier when these people are obese, wearing a cotton mask and ordering an 16 piece bucket for themselves. Priorities!
This place is hit or miss, mostly miss. 3/4 of the time they shut off ordering from their App. Sometimes they are short staffed and shut the lobby. And as with most KFC's, the food is average quality at best.
Worst KFC ever. They have specifically designed a drive thru system that kidnaps their customers after they tell you (after a 30 minute wait to order) that they have no CHICKEN. Just a reminder in case you were unaware - KFC stands for Kentucky fried CHICKEN. I feel trashy enough writing this review so I’ll go ahead with my verdict: don’t ever waste your time at this disgrace to the industry.
I can’t believe they close at 6:30 on some days and I believe 8 on other days. Kids were starving had to go to Dairy Queen instead and the line up was huge, probably because KFC was closed so early.UPDATE: just reading all the reviews I am glad it was not open, it seems like a nasty KFC with terrible customer service and bad food quality, that’s probably why Dairy Queen and Mc Donald’s are so busy at their peak hours.
2nd time and thought first time was just fluke at the worst KFC in Canada. They seem to be out of chicken all the time and cook it up or reheat fast. The coating is not up to KFC standards. Coating is very sparse and tastes like old old/fishy oil being used. Both the north an south KFC in Chilliwack are not good. I guess last time here anyways. I'm from Saskatchewan and Saskatoon's KFC's are the best. Maybe learn from them. PLZ. Seems from old reviews KFC Canada doesn't care of their standards
I ordered online and when I arrived to pick up half an hour after placing my order I was told it would be 20 minutes. I don't think they even got my order, they couldn't find it at first. I left and came back after another 20 minutes and still waited another 10 minutes. it was 6:30 and they were closing. The drive through was backed way up and I heard them say they would take one more car. I get that they are short staffed but who closes at dinner time? The one guy taking orders was super rude to customers. Food wasn't terrible but I would never go back.
Worst KFC ever
Did an online order and they ignored me at the order pickup for 5 mins so went into normal line. They checked and said they didn't get it but went back into orders and found it and they just didn't do it. So had to wait for over 30 mins for my food when I already ordered before arrival. Also poor customer service and the restaurant was so dirty my feet were sticking to the floor.
