Terrible customer service.
I regret that I wasted time and money here. Ordered fried rice, honey garlic pork and beef. The rice is either old or uncooked it mixed with chewy and burned rice. Also the honey garlic pork was dipped in sugar water absolutely no honey or garlic. Only tons of vegetables in Beef chop suey only 3 small pieces of beef. Also the lady who cooked the food didn't wash her hand properly, when she was handing out the cutlery and napkins, whatever was on her hand was on them as well and its super disgusting.I won't suggest this restaurant at all. There's a lot other Chinese food options available. The only thing was good was the Canada Dry.
We order from here atleast once a week and the service and food is always amazing! The lady who answers the phones goes out of her way to make sure our order is always right!- 47311
Consistently the best value as far as Chinese food goes...it's fast cheap and it's good ...what more can you ask?!
It was tasteless and tough. It really curbed my want for Chinese for the next year. I would say I have had better.
It was alright. It curbed my Chinese food craving. It's cheap and cheerful. I wouldn't say it's the best Chinese food place but it's definitely not the worst. I ordered the wonton soup and it was definitely different than what I'm use to(vancouver). It was a very dark soup base that almost tasted and smelt like miso soup. The honey garlic pork also looked very different than what I am use to. A lot lighter. Lots of sauce though! It was still good. The Cantonese chowmein was alright. Could definitely use more sauce and less veggies. BBQ Pork Fried rice, it was alright. A little dark, next to no egg or any green onions in it. All in all, it's definitely a good place to go if you aren't use to Vancouver restaurants.

Got delivery, they expect you to know you need to order the sauces for all your dishes (just a way to charge more). So if you order sweet and sour chicken balls, you need to also order the sauces. Got an order of dry food. Also, the almond chicken (that had no sauce) was overcooked to the point of being like shoe leather and the rice tasted like it was cooked in weeks old oil. Never again!
Had the hot and sour soup and a couple egg rolls, both were great. We eat here for lunch on occasion and it's always good.
Same old mediocre chinese food here, but prices have gone wayyyyy up so it isnt cheap anymore, especially through skip order delivery.Prices are different on regular menu aor skip.Buh bye Ginkgos, you just lost and 8 year customer.
