Had to give one star rating but it should be a zero.Was seated then waited 8 minutes before my server came by. Ordered a drink and a salad. Salad was delivered in about 10 minutes and I asked for my drink. Server brought the drink 5 minutes later. Salad had two lettuce cores in it.Mentioned the lettuce cores and the server just shrugged and left.Debit machine includes an automatic tip which I could not take off.WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!
Came here on a Tuesday night with my and my husband's family for my 30th. Wait staff were friendly, and food and drinks were great! Clean and modern restaurant with some seating for large groups. Our drinks came promptly, and were enjoyable. We were a party of ten, and the main reason for the four star rating was the wait time. An hour was a bit long to wait. What I believe was the manager came and gave about a five minute heads up, about 55 minutes in, so they obviously want to make sure you know they haven't forgot about you. Overall a good experience.
My boyfriend and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary at Earls and not only was our food delicious, but our waitress brought us a delicious and well decorated dessert! Great service and food!
Had a great experience. Had the hot Nashville chicken sandwich which was delicious, and tried the new PB&J cocktail. Not bad, but just a tad too sweet. Doesn't matter once you're drunk though. Service was quick and friendly. Would recommend.
The music was pretty loud and not the greatest vibe for eating, but that's just my taste I'm sure. Server was diligent and polite and very thorough and food was good!Hostess could be more inviting however and the servers seemed a little confused with the shuffling around of tables by another staff member which has happened a few times I've been there.
Food was ok but not for the price and the seats were dirty when we arrived. The food was high priced. It’s 22$ for a burger and it’s not any better than any other place. Could be more seasoned or something special that would make it worth it. Would be better if it came with a small side salad maybe. The server was nice and polite but took quite a bit of time to ask if we needed refills and the pop glasses were too small even though they were bottomless. All said and done it was 56$ for 2 burgers and fries. Not really a good deal at all. That didn’t include tip either. I probably won’t go back unless I got a gift card again. I like a good burger and that can be found elsewhere for slightly cheaper.
Earls is pleasant - it feels like less of an experience than it used to be. We went during happy hour and the menu items were well priced with a decent selection. I had the calamari - it was good, I didn't care for the broccoli and cauliflower snuck in there. However, my husband loved the broccoli - said the texture was fun and melted in his mouth, so it was obviously good for those who enjoy broccoli. I'm Camp Newman - "vile weed" (for you Seinfeld fans). My son had the burger and said it was totally forgettable. I didn't get feedback regarding my husband's tacos, but they looked pretty little. Overall, Earls is fine: a good meal, decent service, but doesn't make me crave going back.
We had a group of four that was met and seated by a very nice hostess and served right away. The waitress was very nice and polite. The order was correct and she checked in multiple times. All the waitresses were dressed nice and very polite and can not say anything bad about the food, incredible food, drinks and atmosphere. Great experience and we will be back.
This place needs to revamp the staff, cooks and management. Had a bad experience last time, but we went out with another couple and it was their choice. I ordered a medium well steak, it came out wayyyyyyy under done, barely medium. I sent it back. The rest of the party ate their dinners, which were fine. My next steak came out burnt on the outside and RARE on the inside, I did not order it Chicago style. The manager apologized and I told him that since the rest of party had finished eating, I was not hungry anymore. He never offered me something else, a free dessert even! This place is not worth the money. A funny thing is that we witnessed three other steaks being returned to the kitchen from where we sat. Maybe hire a decent cook? Stay away, they can’t cook,have no customer service! I will never go back, no matter what the rest of our party would want.
It was a good vibe with staff.They were very nice and talkative. The food was good and totally satisfied with everything.
