Went into the store for takeout, since the drive thru lineup was long.Burger in combo was good but it is very disappointing that the quantity of fries was not enough to fill half the container. And the few we did get were coldGiven the profit on fries is second only to soft drinks, it's very disappointing that they cannot fill up the box.
I used the drive through. It was unusualy difficult to communicate and an item was missed. It was a bit slow and the kid at the till seemed like they hadn't a clue what they were doing. The food was fine.

If zero stars was an option, id take it.Buddy handed me melted "blizzards" overflowing into my car, no lid. AND HE DIDNT FLIP IT UPSIDE DOWN. I am livid, melted all over my car, over me, all over everything. I want full compensation for my 11 dollar waste of time.
Great staff! Just noticed out blizzards have been getting quite runny. Not sure how they're able to flip them up half the time ?

Ordered a custom ice cream cake for my daughter's 8th birthday party today and while cutting cake for her friends there was a long dark hair in our cake, stuck in the cold fudge. For the 45 dollars we paid it was absolutely disgusting and disappointing to find this. The worst part is after reading the negative reviews the owner/manager or whomever is responsible to replying to these reviews gives the same response and gives no offer to right the situation....
I'm hooked on the Flamethrower burger. It's so good. And they have great onion rings and poutine. The ice cream is great too. But I love the burgers
Slower service, food is alright, a bit pricey for the amount. But all in all, it's okay
