Could have FRESH / fresher beef burgers. And the chicken burger sucks! Wasn't spicy, just the dozen pieces of jalapenos.
Slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to.Waited 4 minutes to talk to someone on the speaker in the drive through, then we wait about 5-6 minutes behind the car that was getting their food, we thought maybe the person in front of us just ordered a lot but when we rolled up to the window it took about 7 minutes to receive our really cold food. Also missing forks for the poutine happened. Western bacon thick burger is misleading of the picture with the onion rings. I received my burger to get a bunch of little onion trails and nothing even crispy or onion ring shape was on my burger. Fries and jalapeño poppers were very cold. Glad I don’t live in Chilliwack, I will not be back.

Absolute $#!/ the employees don't give half a care about anything, first line of defense against feeding my kids raw chicken was to call me a liar. So furious I'm contacting a lawyer and getting the raw chicken I still have tested.
Drove down from promontory, picked up order, got back home. It was all wrong. :(. Shame on me for not checking the contents of every wrapped burger. Not thrilled, but not worth the drive back across town. Used to be good,, but going downhill fast.
This location is just not good. I've been to other locations and gotten a good burger but this location isn't even using the right burger patties. Whether you order a regular burger or a"thickburger" you will get the same frozen burger patty with no distinguishable difference.They are clearly trying to save money at this location by ordering off brand cheaper product, to sell to the customer at the same price you'd pay at another location for the real deal.Carl's Jr. is more expensive than your average fast food chain and at most locations there's a good reason for that, but as far as the Chilliwack location goes, you do not get what you pay for.
I don't k kw what else to say about this place. One time the food is great, the next time is super greasy. If it's good it's good, but just beware you might get it on an off day.
Ordered 2 Western burger and asked for lettuce and tomato and got charged for them. I get home and there are not lettuce and tomato. This is the third and last order that I received that does not match what I ordered. Strike out not gonna ever happen again at this location.
It was my first time trying it because I don't have one near where I live and I was working in the area. For the price I would rather go to a bar. It was a good burger but can get the same at a bar with a beer. I would go again but doesn't mean you shouldn't.
