July 12, 2022 fat girl at drive through window is making up prices and ripping people off. Stating prices have change but they are not posted yet lunch meal that costs 7.99 she charged 8.99 also charging money for items with no price tag such as "sauce".
The customer service was so slow. I had to wait five minutes before someone came to take my order, and the store was practically empty. They also made my order wrong so I had to go and ask them to actually me the correct burger.
I usually never get Burger King, but my wife and I had a hankering. Used skip the dishes. “Spend $25 or more and recieve a free 8 piece nuggets” was on the front page of the skip app.Spent well over 25 bucks and didn’t get the promo item, I honestly wasn’t surprised at all. The store was also out of fruitopia so we got two Pepsis instead.I had to drive back to the store and set everything straight, the whole ordeal could have been avoided if Burger King actually knew about their own Skip promo, which I feel the kids there had zero clue.Wanted to give Burger King a chance, never again.
I went here today and the service was terrible. I ordered two chicken burgers and the lettuce on them was brown. My order took forever too. There was many burgers ready but the person who was running the till and packing the food was moving too slow, was badly dis organized and over complicating things by not remembering any of the ordered so he had to keep rechecking the orders.. all he needed to do was bag the orders as they came out.
Really dirty I mean really dirty!
Two weeks ago we had the best burgers we’ve ever had….returned today and spent 25 in the drive thru to get our food - sorry BK…..won’t be back ?
Today, it was my first time to try BK again in this branch after I had it in Manitoba few years back. Sadly the manager here is so incompetent that he has no knowledge about their promo, and the staffs are not trained well; the white teen girl in front is so rude does not know how to respond to my question in a cordial manner. It only tells why the staffs have poor trng.
Did as always is good, customer service is hot and miss. I recommend checking your drive thru order before leaving.
The costumer service was good and fast.I went through the drive thru when I got off of work and once I got home I paid for more the what I actually got one of my meals was incorrect and they put way to much onions on the burgers. It seems like they did not really pay that much attention to the order..
Lets start with hey gave my wife and i food poisoning. I ordered cheesy bites and got 4 per order. If you want to get sick go to this burger King.
