The service staff was so helpful and friendly. We got there near the end of the happy hour, so seating was a little in transition. They sat us where they could but offered to move us to a better table when someone left. The food choices were eclectic and included multiple options for everyone, even the teenagers! The butter chicken was delicious.

It was not just the last time that we went to Browns, their is GREAT service every time we go. Everyone that works there is super nice. Last time we went there we had a new server, I think it was her first day but she did an excellent job. She fully earned and deserved the tip.I highly suggest going there the food is great and they make some really good drinks. I just wish they had the Moscow Mule on the drink menu.

Been a longtime browns customer, one of my favourite restaurants to pop into when travelling, this one seems to be having some issues. We’ve been here three times, and all three had messed up food. Incorrect proportions, undercooked chicken and the last time there was no sauce on the noodles or butter on the garlic bread. Management told us that we obviously don’t like the dish, since they are making it correctly. Well, We don’t have issues at others browns, but there is an easy fix. Going somewhere else to eat.

Great atmosphere, very friendly service, delicious food, and very busy. Great experience tonight! The steak was perfectly done, tender and seasoned just right. Good job!

I am honestly so unimpressed with the lack of service i received tonight. Having worked and been in a management position in a restaurant, i have never in my life been so unimpressed to the point where i have written a review, because i understand the stress of a busy night. this review is in no mean to get anyone in trouble but to express frustration we had dealt with tonight, along side lack of solution and/or compensation. having set a reservation after my friends graduation, we were all excited to go, we had the confirmation and everything ready. we waited outside for 15 minutes thinking “oh they will come get us soon”, only to find out they had given our reservation to someone else. After us calling hours ahead to make a reservation to secure the table. and i understand it is a Friday night but the disappointment of straight up being turned away, because of a mistake on the staff is outrageous. Then we were told someone was going to see what they could do and never returned to talk to us. A complete waste of our time and ruin of our evening. Ended up never being help and turned away. i’m honestly shocked at how this was handled.

Good food, excellent environment and happy staffs

If I could leave zero stars I would.Seat a family of 6 at a lounge table which was not actually a table for eating at and extremely inappropriate for dining. To be told you'd have to wait even longer and all the tables behind you were reserved and yet...no one ever arrives. Our lovely waitress tried twice to have us seated at another table. A large bill and poor food. I will never return and this place gives the Browns lable a terrible, terrible name. It's embarrassing.

Ordered sangria and some appetizers. The sangria was the only thing that was really good. However the price was ridiculous. More expensive than the keg… The appetizers were a disappointment… the garlic Parmesan fries would have been better if the dip had been drizzled over the fries. Would have looked more presentable as well as tasted better. The spicy deep fried chicken and pickles was not good. Wasn’t spicy at all and there were lots of little pieces of batter. The gyoza were alright..

The young people running the restaurant were so friendly and went out of their way to make our dining experience a great start to our weekend. I highly recommend it for top notch service and delicious food.
