if i could give this place zero stars i would. we came in to the restaurant because family members recommended as were in visiting from out of province. three of us ordered a steak meal and another fish and chips. steaks were way well over cooked, ordered medium rare all were well done. the steak, lobster (very rubbery) fries, gravy, garlic bread, basically everything all had zero flavour to them. sent food back, plates still full barely touched, were not offered a new meal to be made. manager didn’t even come to the table to talk to us. a $175 bill, manager only took $25 off the bill. talked to the manager and she didn’t seem to care what so ever. said she would make it a better experience next time, told her there won’t be a next time. i strongly do not recommend this place. save your money and go to mcdonald’s.
I find the menu dauntingly large for one kitchen. The food is decent but underwhelming for the price point. It’s an older location with an interesting atmosphere. I return for social events outside of my own planning but do not seek out this spot out on my own. A lot of people do quite like this establishment, so please still try for yourself.
If I could give this restaurant a zero I would. A $150 bill for the most bland food I've eaten. The steak had no seasoning and overcooked, the crab was rubbery as hell. Couldn't even cook fish and chips correctly!!!! The manager was rude when we told her our honest opinion all while being as nice as possible, just being honest.
The owner told me i should come one day.. I said i would bring my girl out.. The expérience and atmosphère was fantastic.. The owner is a very pleasent fun to be around guy.. Food was excellent.. Service was unbelievable staff taking away done plates and asking what we needed more ..many servers.. Price was more then fair.. Servings were large.. Feels like stealing.. Best place and our new date night place to be.. Thank you Bozzini's..long time since Langley days.. But you brought back old memories and. Feeling if being home.. Amorie
We have been going here for special meals for more than 20 years now……last night was the first time since Covid. The service was less than sub-par and after waiting for more than an hour for a pasta dish our server said she informed her boss about our wait ….who I would have expected to at least apologize……nope…..nothing. Traditionally I do not complain let alone write a review ……but they have lost us as customers .
Can't say enough about this family run restaurant. Not only is the menu huge, but I can choose a different dish any night and pick an awesome meal. Good portions and good prices. Soulvaki, pizza, lasagna, schnitzel, mushroom caps, and 50 more entrees... and home made deserts....Then... the live music!!! If people come from Vancouver to see these shows, what are you waiting for? Just wait until I get my tickets first...
Ordered 8:20pm on a Saturday, so maybe that’s why the take out was not edible. Ordered two meals, mine was the ribs and Lasagna. The ribs were un-eatable, maybe they were frozen to long. The bbq sauce they barely used was off. The meat seamed off.The garlic toast is just Texas toast type bread with butter on it, didn’t taste garlic.Haven’t ate the lasagna yet because taking 3 bites of the ribs made me feel sick. The consistency was off and just tasted old. washed off the ribs and gave to my dog. Dog was even hesitant. $25 for dog food! This is my 2nd time eating here. Last time was years ago. Maybe I forgot how bad it was. Not sure what they are known for and that’s also probably the problem. It seems their menu is too big and they would rather be mediocre and bad at many things vs be good and delicious at a few things. Or maybe it was because it was Saturday and they don’t care about take out orders. Buying two meals at over $50 just to feed the dog is ridiculous. Will start spreading our experience through word of mouth to warn anyone else from being served probably the worst and poorest takeout in Chilliwack. Beware of the old meet ribs that make you sick!
We love going to Bozzini’s Restaurant. We go regularly with my husbands parents when they come down to visit because it’s their favourite!! The servers are all AMAZING!!! Food is delicious!! Great variety of menu items!! Friendly with our kids!! And a pretty good kids menu too!! ?
We have been to Bozzinis many times, my husband more than me. We booked a table for Saturday April 30th. On arrival we were shown to our table upstairs, it was quite nice and very busy, The server took our order food food and drinks as said there was a bit of a delay in the kitchen as they were busy. Our appy came quite quick as did our drinks. Then we waited, and waited and waited. The server was good making sure we were ok or if we needed anything and explained they were short staffed. The table next to us, which ordered after us, got their order after an hour and a half wait!!! We was told ours would be soon. After at least another 20 mins we was told our order had been lost and our food would be 8 mins. The server offered us a free drink and/or a desert. We waited another 20 mins before our food came. By this time we were really hungry and fed up. My food was just warm and tasted like it had been on the warmer tray for a while. After finishing our food the server brought us a desert although we both said we didn’t want any but she said just try it. It was the most horrible thing I had ever tasted. Bozzini’s is a very busy restaurant at the best of times. If you know you are short staffed cut your tables and keep your quality of service good. Overall experience: very very poor.
Went here for birthday dinner. Good choice Service was friendly and above average. The food was pretty good. We had the Kalamari, clam chowder, steaks, lobster, ribs, pizza, burger, all good. Melted butter for lobster can be improved upon though, it was warm at best. Veg merely with steak n lobster was mushy, lol.
