Fish and chips very small portions both would equal 1 piece at other places. Chips tuff as though reheated or cooked in microwave tarter very bland. Had fish and chips here before was just ok this is a no go now.
My boyfriend and I love this place. We have been on several occasions and we keep coming back! Last night we went for a late dinner here (after having a bad experience at a different restaurant) and it was a great reminder of why it is one of our favourite places! The service is always amazing, they are attentive and friendly but not overbearing. The food never ever disappoints and the wine service is perfect. Love love love this spot and will continue coming back!!!
We went to look at the fabulous restoration of the Five Corners area. A wow in itself! We had initially decided to just go into the restaurant for just an appetizer and drink, but once there we stayed for dinner. It's a good-sized two-story popular restaurant. We can see why. As I said above, the food, decor, and service were all excellent. The two of us shared a plate of calamari (not oily!), my friend had the mussels and I had the halibut and fries. Their bartender also made a very passable martini. We'll be back.

Food was good but burned the service was amazing and I would go there again I had a great time with family and there after dinner treats were pretty good so if you want to have a nice drink with friends and have some Desserts, I would go there. Very busy so it might be loud but they also have an upstairs.
It was a good last-minute choice to have dinner here and luckily we got the table of our choice. Really liked the ambience and the staff was nice/friendly. For starters we got Hot+Cool Cajun Tiger Prawns and they were yummm. Ordered Seafood Linguini and Pan-Seared Salmon for Mains with Cosmopolitan and Blueberry Martini. It all tasted delicious and was so filling sadly we were left with no room for dessert. The olny reason for 4 stars is lesser menu options and the washrooms were a mess.
Our happy hour $17.50 times 2 meals and we got charged $21.50 each. $1 for a dip and we showed the girl and she said cause it was entered so close to the start of the 2pm happy hour but the bill showed clearly it was entered at 2:35pm. She offered me $2 out of her pocket. I gave a 15% tip and left for good. Field House brewery is better next door.
Amazing spot in Old Town Chilliwack. Food was fantastic, server we very welcoming and great.Would highly recommend for a nice night out. Prices are about mid line, not super cheap but also not outrageous.
Great service! Except on 01/16/2022 during my visit, I was seated facing the kitchen and saw three cooks with their masks on their chin only, an employee in the front of the kitchen with no hair net for a long beard and no mask at all- a little bit concerning if customers are eating this food.
This Bow & Stern is located in a beautiful, trendy neighborhood in the heart of Chilliwack. There are also multiple shops and restaurants near by. Our meal was fabulous ?. Excellent service as always. You must visit this location. I strongly recommend it.
