Once again Boston Pizza has failed. We've ordered from there 3 times over the last few months and every time the order is wrong. They won't take the blame and blame it on skip the dishes. Skip the dishes doesn't bag the food!!! Wish there was a zero star option, won't be spending our money there ever again
Was made to wait 40 min to finally be seated in a area that had 9 empty tables. Waited another 30 min for food. The only thing that came quickly was the bill. I left very discouraged.
I like Boston Pizza, just not this one sadly.The restaurant was pretty empty for its size, but we still had to wait 10-15 minutes for a table. Maybe due to staffing issues, I’m not sure.Our waitress was nice. The food wasn’t so great. Fries were over cooked, cheese on the pizza wasn’t fully melted, wings were ok, and the nachos, yikes. The meat wasn’t seasoned, and it just wasn’t good.I don’t think we will be back.
Sunday supper after a hike, nice to walk in and promptly get a table. Friendly efficient service. Notable detail to covid protocols (clean menus, social distance...[not busy], masked servers. Food was tasty and plentiful . Drinks well poured.
As per usual the food is good but the table service is abysmal. The wait staff need to be trained on how to actually serve. A customer should never have an empty beverage ever, especially when they are having an alcoholic beverage, they should never have to ask for condiments or napkins. They should also visit the table every few minutes to enquire as to needs. I think we saw our server maybe 7 times in the 3 hours we were there. Yes 3 hours! We waited about 40 minutes for our meals from the time we ordered until we actually got our food. 2 members of our table waited around 5 minutes longer than the rest of our party for their food. The restaurant itself needs to have a little more attention given to cleanliness especially during busy times. Especially under the tables.
The food is decent. It's the service that's absolutely horrible. Hostess saets us 12 minutes later I ask a server as she's walking by , is there a waitress for this section. 15 minutes after being seated we finally receive our first drink. Another 20 minutes pass finally the servers takes our order. Seen over 7 young ladies cleaning tables but doing nothing else. Apparently they don't know how to be team players. Customers should NEVER wait that long to be noticed Severs expect at least 18 % tip when they do NOTHING to earn it Tip means " TOO INSURE PROMPT SERVICE ". No oh here I judy walked from kitchen to hand to you dinner. RIDICULOUS I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN
Seriously , not enough staff to serve tables but have someone standing at front counter all night. Waited 15 minutes to get seated, in an almost empty restaurant, another 10 min to get to order a drink,another 7 for them to screw up the drink order, and take our food order. 20 minutes later food arrives. Disappointed to say the least. Lasagne is no longer layered, just put on a plate covered in a light layer of sauce and cheese. Don’t expect the rest of my dinner experience to be any better!
We had a wonderful meal. Cactus cuts were the best we've had. We were so full we brought our leftovers home. Staff were run off they're feet, but still provided excellent service with a smile.
Seriously?? A large pizza is $37+ Last pizza that I order from there! Then the person at the till says, will you be needing any change? Like the pizza isn't over priced to begin with! We picked it up & he wanted a tip to walk it from the kitchen to the counter???
