Good food but was a long long wait. Longer than Tim Hortons. I prefer the downtown location.
I highly recommend A&W, Eagle Landing location, Chilliwack, as people working in this restaurant are friendly and sometimes very kind; also, great place to relaxThis morning, 13 May 2022, I forgot my wallet at home and realised that when I ordered a tea. Fortunately, I have some change in my pocket but short to cover the entire cost of my order. The lady at the cash was very kind because she said that: it's OK. Just have your tea.Wow, this is truly taking care of your customers, so thanks again ???

We love A&W burgers. The experience at this particular A&W was ok. We went thru the drive thru and ordered a burger with extra mozza cheese on it, but when we got home we realized they didn't put any so we wasted a dollar. The food was well prepared but didn't seem as fresh as other A&Ws. We'll be back but we don't expect much..
Clean sitting area, staff was polite and thoughtful... and as always, tasty food (the best in terms of fast food, hands down)
Fantastic service! Super friendly staff! Fresh tasty food… frosty glass ??? was bringing some out of towners for their first root beer and teen burger and got to give them the perfect A&W experience! Thank you! In addition the restaurant was literally spotlessly clean!!!
Visited on Sunday evening, place was clean and the staff was often sanitizing the tables and I appreciate it because all the other A&W outlets that I visited in the past don't care about that at all.My wife ordered a Spicy Habenaro Chicken meal and another burger but we ended up having just a burger. Didn't bother about the order because I heard $18 for $8 and just tapped on the payment machine. No problem at all. I had to order again for a combo.Burger was good and the service was quick.But I don't understand why the fast food chains are so worried about the Drive through orders. Please take care about the in-store customers too. Thank you!
Food was excellent, the staff are friendly and the manager is great to the staff. When you see and hear the staff in good moods and laughing along with the manager, its always a good sign of great management and its nice to see happy staff. A great environment, yes I know it's just a fast food restaurant but its really nice to see and its rare to see now a days. I live downtown chwk and theres an A&W really close to me but my go to A&W is the one at Eagles Landing. Never have I been dissatisfied or disappointed with the food or the happy upbeat staff. Way to go and a huge thumbs up to the manager and his staff.
Burgers are always done to perfection. I've never had a bad A&W Burger
