Love the new brew bar!!! Been trying them all. So far my favourite is the frozen root beer and sweet cream. It tastes like the rootbeer milkshake you used to be able to get some places. The frozen cold brew with caramel is my go to if I’m in the mood for coffee but it’s hot out.
Server was short and rude. No problem with the food at all. Likely won't make an effort to go back though because customer service counts for a lot.
Classic A &W with good service and clean premises.
When you get home and your order is missing a burger and two fries, but they were quick to fix the problem.
Worst experience ever food was cold and undercooked it took 25 mins for 2 burgers and 1 sweet potato fries... buyer beware ... Food poisoning is bound to happen at this location.
Yeaterday I travelled to Chilliwak with family. We stopped by the A&W to ordered combo meal with root bear with ice cup for dine in. But the lady said no ice cup. Because there is no dishwawher machine so they can not wash the cup. So I said Ok. But while I am drinking root bear with paper cup, other people got ice cup with root bear.I was so upset with the lady.But foods were good as always.
Tonight I went to a and w around 10.45 pm, Sunday 24th of April. I asked for a 5 piece chicken strip meal with 2 apple pies. The kid charged me for only the strips and pies and told me to pull around the corner. While waiting I was wondering why he didn't ask what I wanted to drink. So after close to 14 minutes for that little order he came out, and I asked if the fries where in there. He said he only charged me for the pies and strips, and I can go through drive through again so I can get charged for his mistake. In my option it was closing time and he just wanted to go home, cause by the time I got out of the drive way the sign was out for closing. This isn't the first time I've had bad service here. McDonald's will be getting my service, and you can get a whole meal for the price I paid tonight.
Quick service and good food. Staff is good for putting Their customers first.
Really good burgers.But filthy bathroom with no paper towels and no ketchup. They don't give out straws forks . Ridiculous!
Terrible staff, lazy, rude. Refused to refill my drink even though they have offered free refills with your meal since they opened. Bunch of teenagers with no supervision. Management should be ashamed
