Excellent customer service. Lots of selection of drinks. The dine in area is a plus.
Love this place for their use of organic milk. Fast and consistent service. Their recent addition of the buns is very good.
Bubble tea was good. The pancake was mediocre.... although I did order a bubble tea flavour and they gave me cheese. I had already left and was driving when I discovered the cheese. The receipt just read "pancake" and in Chinese so it was not worth my effort to go back to get the right flavour. Lastly, the cashier appeared as though she did not want to be there.
I saw BOGO deal on Uber eat their ginger pearl fresh milk tea and thought to have nice hot drink for today. The Uber eat said fixes sugar but I can’t take sweet drink so I went there asked for no sugar. The girl kept saying there is no way they can do no sweet because whatever they put in has sugar in it. I told her I only wish no more sugar added in the drink and then ordered the drink. Later there were 5 group of people can in and they all got their drinks. During the time I kept asking where is my drink and they said will be ready soon. It took them 30 minutes to make my drink and they told me because they need to warm up the milk tea. I literally saw them started to make mine when they finished all the order. They FORGOT my order and still looking for excuse!?!? After I got home I saw 100% sugar and the whole drink was sweet to the point you can get sugar high just to have 1 sip. You can totally taste added sugar when I asked not to. Plus the drink is warm not even hot. The pearls are soggy and gross. Ignore costumer request and forget my order ??? Never again.
This place is absolutely horrible. When I arrived at the store, it took almost 5mins for someone to come out to take my order. After I placed my order and paid, the girl told me it would take 15mins(she should have told me that before I ordered). I then realized that the girl is working by herself. By 30mins, my drink still wasn't ready so I asked for a refund and left.30+ min wait for 1 drink is very ridiculous and who knows how much longer I would have had to wait. I will never come back to this particular YiFang store.

Always keep up their good quality tea. The service might change a bit from location to location, but it is always decent. I've tried many items on their menu and I have never been disappointed. I love their traditional winter melon tea both hot and iced. Just recently had it with coffee jelly with the new custard pancakes which were superb!
Great selection, unique interior decor/design, the pineapple coconut green tea was unique. Doesn’t taste like a typical powdered flavour BBT which can be different both in a good and bad way depending on the person. I personally enjoyed it while my friend who tried it didn’t like it because they expected their usual concentrated flavour. Tried their fresh pancakes in Taro flavour and we loved them. A bit pricey but given real fruit is used in the drinks I think it’s worth it. The lady working the counter/cash register was friendly and helpful too.
Waited for 15 minutes+ to get a wrong order. They forgot to add my toppings and went back to make a new one after realising they forgot to add it on the bill. After waiting for 10 mins, they came to tell me that I had to pay extra $1.09 to add my topping and waited for extra 10mins. Very slow service and mediocre bubble tea.
