The experience at this white spot was excellent the service a 10 the three different meals that the three of us had was all 10 out of 10. Thank you to our waitress she gave us excellent customer service the overall experience at this white spot over the top. My family will be returning to this location In the near future. CANADA DAY 2022! place is getting old but they are still trying their best to keep up. there are a bit more options in the menu. they have unlimited fries for burgers, but it's not as good as Redrobins but for sure better than McDonald's.got the cheesesteak hash. it's actually good! and filling! it will probably be my go to on the menu if ever i come back here to WS.server was really really nice. im pregnant and asked if everything was cooked and all those things. she went 1 step further and went back to the kitchen to make sure everything was pregnant friendly for me. points for that!they just dont have enough vegetarian options so it's hard to eat with my husband with me. you can swap the patty which is ok, but you will pay the same amount just to take out the meat in the other meals.washrooms were actually kept good and clean. yes outdated cz flush is by hand. still good enough cz water is sensor.
Just came here for my birthday brunch. It was incredibly loud and they sat us in the middle of a really crowded area. I have a hearing loss and I couldn’t hear my family sitting at the same table. I told the staff this and the assure me they were preparing a new table. But the food came and went and still no table. As a customer who’s been going there for over 20 years this was a really disappointing.
Sat here for a good half hour looking at this disgusting mess. Lots of staff everyone looking, no one cleaning. And now the party being seated is pointing out the garbage at their booth. Most disgusting White Spot I have ever been in.
Good place for a hearty meal! A dinner will likely cost over $20 per person (just for the main), but the portion size is fair. I had the Avocado Impossible Burger, with the vegan/GF option and upgraded to sweet potato fries. With the $3 upgrade, you only get one serving of the sweet potato fries (not endless like one would with the regular Kennebec fries). I wish there was more avocado in the burger, but the kitchen was able to accommodate sautéed over picked onions at no cost. Service was friendly and attentive! Hoping White Spot adds more to their menu to accommodate dietary restrictions (vegan, GF, etc.) in the future.
4 orders of our fries were old rotten and moldy! Looked like they had been rotting and they chose to fry em up and sell to customers?? Ruined our dinner and had to throw it all out, fast food places don't even serve their customers old moldy fries! Very disappointed ?
Super friendly staff, long wait due to short staffed , but staff that were there were so pleasant it was fine. Always yummy food and bottomless fries!? Who can resist
White spot is our favourite chain restaurant, homey, and not too flashy. Service was great, my wife loved her breakfast, mission accomplished. Well done
Nice family restaurant with a very good server. The coffee and hot water was regularly topped up.There were 4 of us and my mom and I split a clubhouse sandwich and didn't get the stink eye.Food is good, not Amazing hence the 4 star.Parking in front of the restaurant is a bonus.Good place to eat, talk, catch up with family.
Was great actually. I wanted breakfast but it was lunchtime and we had time before a doctor's appointment so we actually first went to Denny's up the road which had a 15 mins wait. So we didn't wanna wait since we didn't have much time for that. Went to White Spot and got right in and the waitress was very helpful. I was very disappointed there weren't any pancakes but got a waffle and it was actually very nice. The waitress helped us order a meal without meat. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the decor was very nice and calm. One thing I noticed was it smelled like they recently had had a flood or something. I went to the washroom and the same dank smell was so much stronger in there. Not sure if something had recently happened but if nothing did happen and it always smells like that, I'd say it's a problem. Not the kind of thing you wanna smell when eating.
