Super packed and busy during it's peak hours.The bars menu is pretty normal.Prices are slightly higher than the other places.Great place to go with your family/S/O/Friends . Not so much of a great place to catch a drink by yourself.Edit : 28/03/2022Great place for a date , a friends night out or even a family dinner.Prices sway slightly towards the higher end.Food was of great quality and quantity.The servers and other staff were very friendly and quick.
We had a great time here.The service was quite quick; hosts were friendly and efficient,and they even had a sense humour.The alcohol was good, but the deal they have on right now for their Perogies is WONDERFUL.I kid you not those perogies melted in our mouths and were so so succulent to taste.We'd have to visit more to give a real and true review, but from what we tried it was nice for an evening out.
I’ve been white spot diners for years having grown up on pirate packs and mushroom burgers. White Spot truly is special in that we now regularly visit this location with our daughter…bringing the pirate pack magic to her ?. The one thing I will say about white spots are that their service levels are completely hit or miss. And I mean — by a LONG SHOT. thankfully the Kensington location is by far THE BEST white spot location I’ve ever visited in the lower mainland. Their servers are all extremely kind and well trained. What a pleasant and consistent experience each time we visit! I challenge all other White Spots to meet this same service level!
Our waiter Aaron is a young and motivational kind of guy. He seems to end up being our waiter each time. The service was good and no complaints about the quality or quantity of food. White Spot does not disappoint me. I even love how there are real strawberry chunks in the strawberry ice cream! I have been a loyal customer of the restaurant chain, since my pirate pack days and life. I wish certain items on the menu were more affordable.

This is the first time to give full stars to a White Spot restaurant. It might have been that we were there early, at 9 a.m., but service was great, food came promptly and all tasted yummy. Good job, Kensington!

Worst customer service, ordered curbside delivery that apparently you need to pick up in the restaurant. Kids working the front saying I don't know how the curbside works.they don't even read instructions. The Worst spot. Never going back and never letting anyone I know go there again, completely garbage.
Classic Benedict is a dish I normally order and it never disappoints me. Eggs were perfectly poached, English muffin was soft and fragrant, and the smash brown potatoes were crispy. Attentive and quick services. Clean, cozy table.
Ordered delivery from here, and ended up canceling the order after waiting an hour. Delivery driver texted us letting us know they’d been waiting 20 minutes and eventually left. After waiting an hour we had to cancel our order. I work in the restaurant industry and acknowledge long wait times but and hour just for the food to not be made is quite ridiculous. Not sure the problems they had today but I wouldn’t order from them again.
