Love the drink options, service, and how spacious the place is! Lots of places to sit in and not overly loud like many other cafes
Great place to relax and work, I just wished that they could lower down the music volume.Otherwise, it's a good cafe.
I love iced latte at this location. The gradient color from the milk to the coffee layer is beautiful. Also, it is not watery at all. And the vibe here is great. It gets crowded mostly but it is quiet. I enjoyed reading a book here. I will visit again :)
“The Waves staff ignored me when I asked for a straw”. Feb 17th Thursday morning-afternoon, I ordered a waves size matcha latte. It has two layers so I asked for a straw because I wanted to mix it up. She said, “you don’t need a straw”. So I asked again, “okay can you mix it up? Or can you give me a straw? Please?” She ignored me… I am so disappointed.. This is my worst experience. I asked for it to the other man staff. Finally he gave a straw. What’s wrong with you…
I visit my local Waves coffee house at Garrison Village Chilliwack several times a week and always enjoy friendly and welcoming service and great coffee.
The espresso was quick and served quickly you have to add sugar and cream yourself the cream was not filled up neither was the milk. No one acknowledges you they all have their faces in a laptop and phone would have gave 2 stars but there was a cute redhead talking to her friend outside that earned this place and extra star.
Passing by today, bought a small coffee. It tastes like shirt.
This is the Kingsway waves branch. I am giving this one 5 stars because of the good and friendly service. It’s smaller than waves downtown Vancouver and the location is not great as downtown one. Still I love it because of the customer service. Still the coffee taste and the Christmas eggnog and lattes are the best taste in Vancouver.
Should be 5 starts. Dropped in, ordered coffee, it appeared in like 5 seconds, and it was really really solid. They have a great machine. Barista knows what they were doing. Found a spot to sit and thoroughly enjoyed the coffee. What a good day!
Would have been nice to have people not take up to 10 minutes to place an order.
