Delicious matcha soft serve and and houjicha!
The variety of matcha stuff they have here is awesome. I got the shiratama parfait. They also have shaved ice, frappés, cake, and soft serve among other things. It's really good authentic matcha.
I had the yuzu matcha and yuzu cheesecake. I've never had matcha without milk before so didnt know what to expect. SO GOOD and REFRESHING!! my mom had the black sesame latte and it's rare for her to be so vocal about something tasting good lol!
service is really friendly and quick! tasty desserts too — matcha taste is nice and strong :-)
Absolutely delicious and refreshing. HOWEVER, if you are sensitive to caffeine like me, DO NOT EAT IT AS A POST-DINNER SNACK as you would end up like me - COULD NOT FALL ASLEEP AT 3AM EVEN THOUGH IM SLEEPY AS SH*T AND HAVE TO CANCEL HIKING TRIP TMR... @[email protected] =_= Good thing the store uses real green tea extract, but eat it during day time ( I had the roasted green tea ice cream cone).
It’s not as good as the one in Richmond but I live near Metrotown so it’s so convenient especially since I don’t drive . I loveeee their parfait and cornflakes makes it so good
Matcha latte ?(for 7 dollars it’s just lots of milk. can barely taste the matcha.
Came in today I buy their Ceremonial Matcha which is only 30grams.They charge 30 dollars which is higher for the amount compared to other Ceremonial brands but it's quality. I was shocked when I returned to grab my order as a loyal customer they told me it's now $35 dollars for the same 30 grams. They raised the price by $5 dollarsThis is a huge jump and increase in the price I'm very disappointed as I could understand a slight increase but $5 dollars?Could you please consider lowering the price back to $30? This is a huge increase/jump or I won't be able to come as a loyal customer anymore. I'll find new sources.I will update this review if any action is taken.I truly appreciate your reply Tsujiri Metrotown and the information!I've changed my review to 5 stars
Had a very disappointing experience at this location. Ordered iced hojicha but the staff made hojicha latte instead. The one she remade for me was extremely bland. I also felt bad for the single staff having to work by herself on a busy Saturday. She had to take orders and make all the drinks by herself.
I really love this store!!They provide real tea from Japan and taste fabulous!I can assure you that they won’t let you down:)
