Terrible service. Not coming back ever. I ordered a California roll and a Beef teriyaki roll and got charged $17 by the cashier. I asked why is the Beef Teriyaki $12 instead of $5 shown on the menu. The lady rolled her eyes and walked out and told me the teriyaki was a bowl. She had a chance to ask, clarify, and explain to me but chose to roll her eyes when being asked. Really? To go Sushi, please train your employees to have some basic curtesy. I chose to not place the order because of the bad service. It is Feb, 11, 2022 at 7:30 pm now and I am typing outside of the restaurant.

One of the best sushi places in Vancouver. You can see the staff and owner care about the food they prepare. Highly recommended!

Their Sushi is fresh and tasty. I like their aburi beef nigiri especially. It’s little bit far but it’s worth to come here.

Good sushi and service. Place is super clean and sushi is really fresh.

Delicious crispy rolls, prompt and polite service every single time, food is always quick to come out. Menu options for vegans and vegetarians. Fluffy and crisp agedashi tofu, steamy fresh miso soup! Overall perfect.

I like their aburi beef nigiri. There are sheets available and no table service so I can dine in.

I went at 2:15 PM on Wednesday for lunch. It was a no brainer to order the Bento box which I chose salmon as the option it was retail on the screen for $14. She asked if I am eating in or taking out which I replied back that I will be having in. She gave me a receipt and I find myself a table. The place is fresh and bright everywhere is a light wooden oak decor with seats quite spacious. It probably took approximately 8 minutes before I heard the server calling out my number which means that my food is ready for pick up from their counter. So I went up there, picked up my tray and brought back to my table to enjoy. The food is served in disposable bento box with a napkin and wooden chopsticks. I first had a sip of the miso soup which I quite like as it is flavourful yet mellow in his flavour. Then I started with the teriyaki salmon what i found it to be slightly overcook. The rice that came along with it were fresh & chewy which I quite like with the Teriyaki sauce that came along with it. The gyoza were crispy but nothing to rave about. Then I had a few pieces of California roll which I was a bit disappointed as there were no avocado in it with just only the crab meat. The tempura were quite nice with right amount of pieces and the batters were not heavy. There was a prawn, some green beans and some yam. I took the edamame beans to go which I had as snack after work. After my food, I dump all the disposal into their trash bin then I hit the door. Overall the portion size of the bento was adequate; it was enough for my lunch and the food were healthy in the sense that it was not oily or overly salty which I quite like. If you like my review please give me a thumbs up ?? thanks for reading !

Their sushi is okay. I tried their fried tofu with special sauce...all I could taste was flour. I have had better ones. The volcano roll is good, but again I have had better ones at other sushi places. Their chicken karage is not good at all. Again tastes like flour. Maybe it was just the order that I had that ended up not being good. Its a convenient place for uni students to eat at and they are super clean and social distancing is followed which I liked. But sadly the food is just okay.

I got a small order of a salmon roll and a couple of pieces of salmon nigiri for a quick snack. I enjoyed that a lot and their salmon was fresh. Decent price, good taste, the perfect amount for snacks in the middle of the riding a bike:)
