I don't usually leave bad reviews. I worked at this area recently, and after three times there. I feel like I need to leave a feedback for change.The staff working there often looks very irritated. One time a staff member gave me the wrong order. She didn't admit it until I pulled out my receipt. And she gave me a very impatient express and made me a new drink.Is it just me? No. They have been very consistently giving bad services. Don't seems to care. No greeting, sometimes, they just punch in the order and leave you there without asking if that is all.Come on Tim Horton, you're gonna lose reputation if nothing has been done to this terrible store.
This Tim Hortons is a joke, it’s run by a family and there is only teenagers on staff here who don’t seem to care about speed or quality. When I tried to order from here using a delivery app I also had problems because they did not confirm the order for over 5 minutes l so I had to cancel and order from a different location. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different Tim’s!
We ordered 2 slow-cooked chicken wraps to go; both turned out to be crispy. Terrible.
Worst tim hortons ever. Counter girl looks very upset all customers in the morning who made me unhappy from Monday morning and avoid to taking something food this location also very slow No care about busy morning people.
The absolute slowest Tim Hortons I have ever visited. Three people working and two are in the back chatting and on their phones. Moving like slugs when there’s a dozen people in line and like five waiting on food. Brutal!
I ordered an iced cap through skip the dishes. What the hell? What I received was disgusting it's like a dark brown watery rotten coffee, sour milk and the after taste is cilantro.... Exactly like cilantro. I'm really grossed out. I dumped it
Fast, efficient, and courteous service from this location. Plenty of parking. Comfortable seating. But no vaccine passport checks.

The food is okay, as standard as Tim Hortons can be. But the paint Point is the lunch hour. They have only 1 til open for lunch hours and line up gets crazy. They need to train more people for rush hours.
Ekam was very professional at providing customer service. I have visited this location earlier, as well but never had good customer service experience. I will definitely visit this location again in near future.
