This is a hidden Tim’s that you probably didn’t know existed. It’s on the ground level below the food court. If you take the elevators across from Pizza Garden to level 1, you’ll be there! It’s a small Tim’s and not overly busy.
I wish I could give 0 stars. That was a terrible experience just happened. One of the employee drop the cardboard containers that they use to wrap FOOD. Right on top of the cutting board that they use to cut FOOD. Im sorry but there is explanation to something like that!!

Bought a chicken wrap and specifically asked for no tomato. It was loaded full of them. And also the chicken was nothing but cartilage and gristle. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever bit into. A couple days prior ordered a breakfast wrap.. something didn't taste right with the egg and there was way too much chipotle and it squirted all over me... Absolutely disgusting food.. and not just this location. I've completely lost all hope with Tim Hortons. A Canadian tradition completely lost. And this location was the straw that broke the camels back. I never going to Tim's again. The coffee? Garbage. The food? GARBAGE. I would rather starve than eat the trash they call food.
