I came yesterday afternoon, I will never ever come again. Two ladies in the cash line kept talking and laughing for no reason, i waited whole 20 minutes in the line just to get a donut. if i can ask what was so funnny that you kept laughingg about? She finally gave me donut in a bag full of oil that was rubbed with hands may be so that my kids could not eat and when I asked for a separate bag, both of them kept arguing with me. Do you even have any common sense and why your staff looks so unprofessional and wearing dirrty lookin clothes? do they even take a bath in a day? because whenever I come near the cash counter to pay they smell terrible like a dummp. I hope this feedback helps you in the future if not then you two should work in the some cleaning or dusting position that will suit you 100%.
I went in at 5pm asking for a grilled cheese, the close at 8pm but the grill has already been and can longer use. I ordered a bagel toasted with just butter; she didn't even toast it; the butter is not even melted, she didn’t wear any gloves, and touched it with same hands she was making others orders and taking cash. This location always has employees who seem forced to work and never have good attitude or get any orders correct. Worst location. I have no idea how they make any money and stay open. I know I’ll never be visiting this location again. I prefer the other two literally a block or away from it! Worth the distance! This location and its employees is just useless!
Tim hortons is time hortons. Unfortunately this one is understaffed everytime i go. I do give props to the 1-2 staff that are working hard. I hope customers stay patient and understand the work they do. Fyi it takes them a while to get to ur mobile order..so maybe better off lining up.
Walk up to eighth and sixth Tim hortons don’t waste ur time going to this one. Waited a good 15 minutes in line, workers refused to make eye contact with me. This has been a regular occurrence as I do business in the area. They have five prep workers in the back and one girl in the front who takes an order once every 10 minutes. All of the staff there are kind the service is just absolutely terrible
this location adds water to their honey. no other tim Horton's has honey this watered down. staff have good and fast service though.
First time coming here, it's seemed under staffed, the shelves were kind of bare granted its a Sunday I guess. I waited about 15 minutes, saw a couple people leave because of the huge line up. The parking here is challenging very limited space plus it's hard to get back on to the main road with traffic coming either way!
I waited almost 15 minutes in line and just had 4-5 customers ahead of me. Real slow customer service. One day you will get a big wrap and second they ll make it small one gods knows.
The worst tim Hortons i had ever been to. The quality of the food is very poor, the owner should have to do a better job to keep up with the standards
This tim horton is small one and doesn't have a drive thru. When we went there, there was no other customer but i noticed that there was just one staff at that time. The coffee that we got was good.??
I went to this location almost everyday and I really feel very bad for the staff in the evening everyday there’s only two girls who handle the entire line up it was so busy and the girls are giving their best this is the worst management I’ve ever seen they need to pit more staff on busy evenings. There manager need to know how to manage the store I feel so bad for the girls they were handling the huge lineup all by themselves. There manager needs work in the evening with the girls so they will know how difficult it is to handle this all by themselves. And specially store owner needs to hire more labour.
