This location has got the best employees as compared to all other locations I have been to. Kamaldeep is really sweet and always serves me with a big smile and asks me about my day. She serves the best coffee well stirred and enough sweet. Thank you
Worst service ever,These guys dont know how to treat their customer.I was there yeaterday at 10:50pm and the employees closed the doors from inside.As per the store timings they are suppose to close at 11pm but how they can refuse to give me coffee at 10:50pm?This is how you treat your customers?Employees inside the store were ready to leave the store before 11pm.Management of the store kindly pay attention towards your night staff.

Greatest staff of all.Left my shoulder my bag there by accident with all my IDs and valuables . Staff held it for me until the end of the day. And I got it back as soon as I contacted the evening staff. Kudos to all.
Crooks.I bought a plastic cup to help save the environment and to stop being taxed 25c per cup. What do you know Tim hortons doesn't accept plastic cups because of the illegal covid lockdown. So I'm forced to pay a tax that doesn't represent anything. (Money will not change the environment) I wasted money on a plastic cup which is way worse then the throwaway cups.Tim hortons are crooks.Then if you want, get into the roll up the rim contest. A car hasn't been won since its been 100% digital. Hmmm I wonder?
Decent service. Dark Roast coffee, black is my staple at Tim's and he had to brew it fresh but I didn't mind the wait.
The staff was so rude also the coffee ( french vanilla ) tasted like black coffee. Very disappointed.
Today, my wife and I stopped at this location for a coffee and donuts. There were few customers seated at the tables and only us trying to place an order. The service was very slow, even tho there were 3 staff members behind the counter. After we got the coffees, only one had a holding sleeve on it and I had to ask to give me one more sleeve to hold the coffee. Then I had to ask again for my donut that they forgot about it. Then we found only one clean table to seat at. Rest of the empty tables were very dirty with empty coffee cups and dirty napkins on it. All of the garbage containers were overflowing with the garbage and the place wasn’t even that busy with few staff members behind the counter. This visit was not up to your usual standards, but on the other hand the coffee and donuts were tasty.
Mobile ordering is quick and easy. They always have it ready. They are fast and friendly! Really appreciate this location right outside of Metrotown Station & Mall.Perfect spot for any pedestrian!
I had a terrible experience at this Tim Hortons location.I ordered a large chicken noodle soup, however, when I got home to eat, it was a small chicken noodle soup. I also ordered 3 hash browns, but only got 2. They charged me for a large chicken noodle soup and the third hash brown that I did not get. What is ridiculous, is that I asked the lady packing if all the items are in the bag (I even listed the items) and she said "Yes, you can check it by your self".
