I'm always making my order a little bit special and they always making it right ,satisfied customer here.thank you to the tim members!you're doing the great job!

Such a RIDICULOUS SERVICE!!!!!I WISH IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS.Initially, very limited option even before 45mins of their closing time. If they know that an item is NO GOOD than why they take the order for?Additionally, I went back in the queue to order something else (2 water bottles and 1 IceTea Bottle) I got charged for $8.94 and at the time when I was waking out. They said “I forgot to charge you for water bottles”I was wondering that the ice tea bottle cost me $8.94At the end, when I asked them about what they charged me for than they mentioned that they messed up in the system.Further, I saw a croissant they had. I ordered that too but they said they can’t go for it.(Maybe some toast or grill issues than how they did for grill Cheese sandwich?IF THEY WANNA SHUTDOWN MOST OF THE ITEMS BEFORE CLOSING THAN YOU BETTER SHUTDOWN THE STORE AS WELL!!VERY LESS OPTIONS!!PLEASE KEEP MORE STAFF TO RUN THE STORE PROPERLY.(A MANAGER OR THE OWNER CAN MAKE IT POSSIBLE REGARDS HOW TO RUN THE STORE)Please make it Happen!!Humble REQUEST!!!

Starting off, it’s is the most unsanitary fast food chain location I’ve seen. Their order to serve process is extremely lacklustre. Sometime I can wait up to 30 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. I see a bundle of people upset and looking food because the staff can’t even remember who ordered what. They need to change their system entirely. Their food is improving but there system is far beyond par.

Worst branch ever! The employees don't care at all, the pick up for mobile orders is a mess, they dropped my order without calling out the number I waited till I came close to find out it was sitting there for a long time. No management at all.

I understand Tim Hortons can be very busy but the behaviour should be normal with the customers. If you’re frustrated and cannot handle the situation then you shouldn’t be working in a busy place. The MANAGER of this store who was present at 10.30 am on May 08 was very rude . As I was in the middle of ordering my 3 steep teas , she cut off the cashier and very loudly and grumpy said … I don’t have enough for 3 steep teas and I cannot make it . I was like what is she saying. When I said you could have asked me if I wanted to wait for 5 minutes and not talk so loud..again in a very loud , grumpy and fighting behaviour she replied… I wasn’t talking to you . Well the question is … who was ordering the food . She needs some management skills to begin with . I wonder if these complaints do matter to anyone because her behaviour was not accepted at all . Very unprofessional manager. I could have returned the order but the cashier was nice and handled the matter very professionally.I couldn’t get her name as no one in the restaurant was wearing their name tags which is very unprofessional also .I don’t even want to give them 1 star .

Some staff should be taught that in Food industry, customer is always right. I am quite annoyed that when I specifically said that one of my item needs to be packed, not reheated and cream cheese should be on the side because I wanted it to go. Then one of the staff said “ I already made it. Her fellow co-workers then said “just make a new one ,it’s alright “ she did not even listen. She proceeded with my order and told me that “I made it already” I said it is my choice how I want it. She had bawled at me and threw the order that she made in the garbage with an attitude. To work in this type of industry needs patience and care to those people that you serve each day. A great attitude is well served when a person is happy at the job that she signed for and Bad attitude will not serve well to those people like me who she had ruined because she seemed unhappy and does not take the direction well.

Being an avid connisuir of Tim Hortons, I have an expectation for quality, and this location does not supply it at all... I order 2 craveables and two Crispy chicken wraps and the chicken, was not crispy at all but like warm and kinda soggy/cold.. it honestly ruined my whole experience and made me lose my appetite and made me feel sick...Like I have certain expectations but the craveables them selves had close to nothing on them, so basically just ate bread and two chicken strips with miniscule lettuce and a wrap that wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese, and lettuce that looked like it's stored for to long... Definetly not appealing in any way...It was nice that I was able to talk to store clerk and made another one for me... But it sucks that I didn't get everything remade as I know it's busy at this location

I place an online order and when I got there someone else was drinking my order. Their pick up window is open everybody. I wish they can keep customer orders behind the counter.

This was an amazing experience. Don’t forget to buy mini donuts from there.

I always order cold coffee here with less ice. For 3 times in a row, they can’t just seem follow simple instruction.. coffee’s okay, but terrible service
