Normally Tim Hortons are laid out well and able to handle a constant stream of customers. The exception to the rule is the tiny location in the food court of Waterfront Centre. Bit is not only small, has poor airflow and has lines going everywhere. Staff are good but it's the layout that will keep me away
Love the staff, always friendly to the customers. I like dining in get some work done while sipping my coffee. The manager and team members are great they are providing excellent customer service. It's my favorite location.
I got an ice coffee yesterday, the server wasn’t great, and the coffee wasn’t good either, in others tim hortons they make it super delicious, More training for the servers
The store is super clean and the staff is very friendly especially Gagan. She is outstanding at customer service. I love going there in the morning for my coffee. The food is always fresh. I’ve always had wonderful experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Simply brilliant service, one of the best among the nearby ones. The staff is too friendly, and they will provide the best customer service. On the top of that the super delicious menu of Tim Hortons and to be honest, the freshness just touch your heart.
I hadn't been to this location in a while. I ordered a small coffee and the cup was only filled only 3/4's of the way. A few gulps and it was gone. I also asked for a sleeve and the woman that was working pointed 'they're right there'. I had to reach really far over the counter and retrieve the sleeve. She said it really passive aggressively. Um ya...If you go here and want a coffee make sure it's filled up all the way. And she can grab the sleeve for you. I'm a customer. No ones paying me to do your job.
This is a great place. Came here with some of my friends who live nearby. We had our breakfast here with caprese wraps and our coffees and a few donuts.They were very fresh and delicious.And the person at the front was very polite as well. Thqnk you for such a great experience.
Absolutely awful they had no food items basically available they refused to make a London fog because there was too many people behind me and half the time in the morning there ice machine to make iced lemonade’s is not working
The store looked great but on top of everything the service was very good and food tasted delicious.
