Not enough employees have mever seem 2 tills open in my life and eveeytimr i go here its a backed up line . Crazy rediculous

The staff were very cheerful and nice. Once again for low-cost basic hot chocolate it sure amazing.

Tried sausage homestyle biscuits here and it was amazing. Although busy, the service was fast and friendly.

Parking lot is a mess. There are often times a line after people are done working out at the gym which is in the same plaza. The food is standard Tim Hortons. My mom forgot me at dance class a couple years ago and they let me use their phone to call home.

This is a very slow location. Even 3 or 4 people ahead of you means it could take 15 minutes. The food also leaves something to be desired.

Very poor service customer service very bad service is slow most times line up out the door they don't always serve food hot ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches from there one the sausage was cold ! Went in garbage wasn't gonna waste my time waiting in.line up again 2nd time messed my order up and they were not gonna replace the sandwich when I told them I didn't order this ?? They said no thats what you ordered ??? Again cold sandwich I just walked iut hungry was not gonna argue with cashier bout what I ordered!!??

Head over at night with the guys once a week. Had enough of them not having product. 10pm and they don't want to make anymore doughnuts. Suppose to be 24hr shop!!!

Standard Timmy’s. The line up was quick and they had what I wanted. The parking lot is a little tight. Not too bad for a quick stop off on the way to your destination.

Generally pretty good but the last time I was here they were out of my favorite timbits. And the ones I bought we're stale. Probably a one-off though.

I went to their location this morning to get a bacon chicken ranch wrap and they got my order wrong, ( happens all the time was not mad or hostile about it ) I show them and ask for my proper order and the worker who was helping me started to get passive aggressive, saying that I didn't even say that I wanted a chicken bacon wrap, trying to convince me that I was the one who got it wrong in a very aggressive tone and even laughed at my boyfriend when he said that he heard me and that I said the correct order. I had to raise my voice and bicker with this boy for about 5 minutes all because he couldn't take responsibility for the wrong order ( which was not a big deal in the first place until I was met with anger and frustration from them ) Honestly in disbelief. Even the workers who came to settle the situation seemed frustrated that they even had to deal with it in the first place. And now that we are home we are scared that they might have done something to our food because of we were treated. Never do I even write reviews but this was just insane.
